Diet strategy during PCT after cutting cycle
ad
Finishing up a cutting cycle today. Got to my leanest ever while keeping most of my mass so it went well. Going to be on a short vacation for the next week at the end of which I will start PCT (cut on short esters). Obviously diet will be a bit off during the vacation but I will still be able to lift. After that what do you think I should be doing during PCT? Reverse diet? Up to maintenance calories right away? FYI at the end of the cut I was at about 2300 calories a day and will be using 2IU HGH every day during PCT and beyond. Seems like most PCT dieting strategies discussed here are geared to bulking cycles so just looking for some thoughts. Thanks.

Add 20% more carbs untill you plateau in weight then add in 10% increments. This should prevent you from a sloppy rebound.
I'd be inclined to consider the potential of nice lbm rebound effect with a modest surplus and the growth helping
Pct could be better
What was the cycle and length?
What pct look like?
Mast and test prop, 10 weeks, 500mg/week each. PCT: Clomid 100/100/50/50, Nolva 40/40/20/20
I am far from a diet expert, but I would personally go to maintenance for PCT. Sounds like you accomplished a lot, so be happy with that and give yourself a break from low cals for a little. PCT isn't the time to get greedy and go for more, it's the time to recover. Be careful during vacation. No one is perfect, but I wouldn't go ape shit.
Also, remember while the GH may aid your efforts it's not an excuse to get sloppy. And make sure to calculate your NEW TDEE, as it should be different now. This may seem obvious and I'm not trying to insult your intelligence, but you'd be surprised at how many people forget that part.
I'm sure someone with more knowledge will nicely correct me if I'm wrong ;)
congrats on hitting a new low for bf, and good luck. If there isn't anything in the diet section on this, and your efforts are successful, maybe write something up about what you did afterwards and add it to the forum?
I second this. Don't want your body starving for energy in a low test environment.
Thanks. I never really go ape shit with diet as I have ulcerative colitis and doing so screws with me.
