I’ve never done DHB but I wanted to comment so I can check this post easier in the near future as the anecdotal experiences of the community roll in.
One vendor said that, in his experience, DHB is one of those compounds that people either love it or hate it, there is no in-between. I’m curious to see if the experiences of people in this community reflect that vendor’s observation.
It should be obvious that I love DHB! It's probably my favorite now and I do not get PIP from the brand I use. A lot of guys hate it because they would get PIP but a lot of sources now figured out how to reduce that risk. It gives you a dense muscle with a vascular look.
