I see it all the time. People think that the only way to get results,is by buying the best and latest supplements, load up on meds etc. How about busting you ass in the gym,no not today,or tommorrow=everyday, every hours, every minute, every second. We all have goals, and mental pictures on how we wanna look. But the sad truth not many have the most important weapon, your mind. This is what will take you to the nest level. I started out at a wght of 59 pounds at the age of 13. My first day at my local boys and girls club gym-i was met by the gym instructor joey. First day, never touched weights, and he made me do 100 sets of barbell chest press, took several hours,i cried like a bitch at first, but between him screaming, and picking me up by my lil stick neck,i made it that day. He drove me home, and i don't remember even getting in my house, but the next day my mom was so worried she wanted to take me to the hospital. I just wanted to die,the pain was so severe never felt like i did. Could not move, blood running down my nose, eyes swollen and bloodshot..Beep-Beep,guess who was there hinking the horn joey,so long story short got in the car,and never looked back,i was on a mission,no more people asking if i had cancer, aids, crackbaby etc. Well i can go on and on with my story, but ya get the point, and would like for you guys and girls to share what got you into the iron-game..

stfuandliftbtchohh yea bro, i started at 20 pounds at age 15...chuck norris took me to the gym, and we did 20,000 sets of bench...took years bro...we just drank protein shakes between every 50 sets and snorted crystal meth to stay awake.
cycoChuck norris was my step dad,so i know you never worked out with him,,lol..dam 20 pounds, you are not to far from where you started, you look like you are in -22 pound range at this point, your gains are awesome,,keep it up,ypu might reack -44 if you really try,,wink-wink...
Northern Gearchuck norris once wagered an armwrestle with superman, the deal being, loser has to wear his underwear ontop of his pants.
cycoLol so who won?
stfuandliftbtchyou started out at 59 pounds and it took 13 years for your mom to give birth to you? wow..
hear that man, i pretty much did the same from time i left school, the partying, raving, boozing, drinking sniffin droppin anything you could think of. kept bouncing between 10 - 13 stone. after enough years of that cut all that shit. spent last two years training seriously, without the gym my life would be a mess. respect.
awesome story - grats man'
cycoThats great,bro..I got into some of that myself. For some reason i always hit the gym, with my best friend who was also doing the same. Well after some years,i just told myself, hell what would happen if i just stick to lifting, and get off the party train,,well it was just like i thought gains became better, life in general. My friend could not stop, and well lets just say he is not in a good place right now,,i am proud of you bro,,addiction is the hardest thing for someone to be able to overcome,,keep up the positive goals you have set for yourself..
AnonToo much mdma at the wrong age left me with no muscle at all. When i first hit the gym was the first day i stopped e's, mdma and weed. Sad thing is i couldnt even bench an empty olympic bar at that point, 20kgs was way to much for me. I had to start from - to get where i am now (11 years later 120kg bench +). Can safely say working out and roids have both saved my life, thankfully i am using them with nothing to loose.
I like this beginning story. Here is mine:
I was the lankiest and probably the weakest guy in my weight class in middle school, though I had very good technique every one just over powered me(cardio was poor too). The high school head wrestling coach had a talk with me that I needed to become stronger and should maybe pick up lifting weights. I started lifting a ton 2x a day at 6 oclock before school and then about 8 oclock every evening and the assistant wrestling coach kind of adopted me as a training partner until I graduated. Needless to say I became a 2x state champ (sophomore and senior year) and I benched 325 at 17 my senior year in the off season. I became addicted to lifting weights and becoming stronger.
