I bought the book 15 years ago and still have it. It's more a relic from a pre-internet age there is nothing in there that you can't find easily. The middle pages with the steroid profiles were red so you couldn't photocopy them lol.

It is also pre-Chinese rHGH so doesn't cover adequately cover insulin/HGH/IGF related issues which is a big part of things these days (never tried them but hey-ho).

The information is correct though by and large.

hey Greg, enjoyed giving this a look over this past weekend, something that really stood out to me was how Duchaine claims, that in his opinion winny is a terrible compound and that it doesn't give a bodybuilder many if any at all desirable benefits. also reminds me how lucky we are today being that we have many more available and reliable sources at our disposal compared to the time he was doing his research, if it wasn't a batch of diverted pharmaceuticals from a pharmaceutical lab your chances of getting sterile, properly dosed gear was not all that good.
