Customs Letter (Looks Fake)

Received a customs letter, which had an extremely blurry seal. Would a federal agency have such low quality imprisoning paperwork? I think not.
Website is CENSORED, let me know if any of you have been in the same situation.
They probably don't do it all the time, but they have done it at least half of the time. $$$$$$
And from what I am reading, this is nothing new.

True, when i created the aussie/ nz group which can get too fuck now due to dis honest treachourous cunts we lost almost a handfull of the best sources we ever had, i dealt with them almost daily, obviously no tracking coming to my neck of woods- reason for most stopping was due to scrubber junkies scanning and altering old seizure letters for free reships almost sending certain sources broke, i saw copies of the " altetred" letters and was obvious they were forged. Ruins it for the honest guys.
