Just a quick note to remind all of you about common courtesy.

I don't get pissed often, but if you'd like an Xtra large slice of humble pie, one way to get it served up by me is to belittle, criticize, ridicule, or otherwise degrade someone who took the courageous step to post pics of themselves here on eroids. NOTHING gets my dander up quicker than that, and if you'd like to play the dog-game, I can stand toe-to-toe with the best. I ejaculate over it.
I don't care WHAT someone looks like, putting them down only shows how SMALL you are---mentally, and probably physically. If you wanna be a troll, go to You Tube with the rest of them, because you won't last long here. It's OK to give constructive advice, but insulting people won't be tolerated. That is a MAJOR pet peeve with me. Nobody here is any better than anyone else. And if you're a contender for the next Mr. Olympia, you STILL started out small.
And remember...there are a lot of guys here who have different goals and agendas...including some 135 pound MMA fighters who just might be capable of SMOKING your 220 pound ass.
99.9% of you guys are fantastic and get that...and I appreciate it.
