Just a quick note to remind all of you about common courtesy.
I don't get pissed often, but if you'd like an Xtra large slice of humble pie, one way to get it served up by me is to belittle, criticize, ridicule, or otherwise degrade someone who took the courageous step to post pics of themselves here on eroids. NOTHING gets my dander up quicker than that, and if you'd like to play the dog-game, I can stand toe-to-toe with the best. I ejaculate over it.
I don't care WHAT someone looks like, putting them down only shows how SMALL you are---mentally, and probably physically. If you wanna be a troll, go to You Tube with the rest of them, because you won't last long here. It's OK to give constructive advice, but insulting people won't be tolerated. That is a MAJOR pet peeve with me. Nobody here is any better than anyone else. And if you're a contender for the next Mr. Olympia, you STILL started out small.
And remember...there are a lot of guys here who have different goals and agendas...including some 135 pound MMA fighters who just might be capable of SMOKING your 220 pound ass.
99.9% of you guys are fantastic and get that...and I appreciate it.

i sure dont look the part i am a 40yr old fat bastard BUT i guarantee you before this cycle i could sweep plenty of guys my age under a rug, now starting this cycle im still a fat bastard and will sweep guys my age under the rug with less effort. not every one has the goal to look like your avatar. i know i dont. i compete and it seems like when ever i do i end up across the mat from a guy '6.3 and 240 built like a tree trunk, and you know what, u usually win. But i wanted to drop weight and put on lean muscle. thats doesnt mean i will end this cycle with the body of an adonis but i will end it with less BF and tons more stength. that was my goal. i think i put in the work to reach that goal as much as the next guy.??? and PC if far from what i am. i live life against the grain but eyes wide open and not narrow minded brother. thats what Goth's post was all about.
joe when you 1st come on here I will be honesnt, I didnt know what to think about you bra, I will say this, that is about the most honest post ive seen here and for you to come on here and write this took some balls, hard work pays off brother and you will get where you wanna be, dnt let anyone discourage you or stand in your way of your goals, there are alot of people on here that have no idea what they want, they just know they wanna get big. It sounds like you are here for all the right reasons and you learn as much as you can and you will find so much more than success.
thanks pope, it didnt take much to say it, its me, i had a conversation just last night about my attitude and told my cousin, when i compete they cant do crap to me, why? cause i dont care, in order to hurt my feelings i have to care first and i give no F about much of anything, i grew up on the streets fighting and barely started competing at age 38. i came here to learn and took my goals realistically considering my lifestyle and health and all that. i am back in the 300 club on the bench, havent been there in years...everyone in my gym is at least 10 yrs younger and i run with them all. my teenage kids freak out on my cardio, strength and skill but i do everything in life with heart. this juice aint gonna give these peons no heart. they come on here and talk crap to people cause their life is upsidedown, and therefore are doing this for the wrong reason. im doing it for health reasons. oh and there was a type-o up there. I usually win when i compete against big apes i end up with when i weigh 240 at 5.10. but no matter what i cant see myself looking down on one trying to better themselves and its usually the weak hearted that do. he who barks most usually bites least.

I've been very vocal and critical of guys (especially younger guys) who start using gear without proper training experience and research. But, as Hlwdboy says, .."That's not going to stop them". I totally agree with the "instant gratification" syndrome that has afflicted most of this planet, but in the interest of civility, I can't let people bash each other. The best thing to do is smile to yourself and proceed with YOUR plan.

If that dnt make you wanna tear it up any harder I dnt know what will! Will be running the Enan and deca this go around.
Great to see someone looking out for the little guy. I took some pics of myself but all I could manage was to post one to my name. I really thought my head was getting too big. I like to know what It looks like from a different view.Thanks for giving me the courage to continue to work hard and not feel embarrassed about where I am in my progression.
Lol, this is why I don't post pics of myself. Not that I am not in shape, or feel that I am a good working physique. But because most people do not get that there are different stages of a physique, bulking, cutting, etc. And, unless you are a jacked 240+ most people think you do not know anything about lifting.
Unless you are like 300+ lbs at 30% bf and post up pics saying how shredded you are then there is not reason to say anything but, hey you look good!
Right on!! Just as most of you, i'm also an active member in a number of other related popular forums were people are vicous and just waiting to rip you apart no matter, and I mean no matter what you look like.
I enjoy this particular site not just because of the open source talk(which draws many) but the higher level of maturity, and respect.

Aside of the fact that you have not addressed an under lying issue with self esteem of your own, how can you come to a place this unique and not feel the need to pay it forward after so many have helped you? Who you are is not defined by what you see in the mirror, it is defined by what you project...no Joe I'm not talking about you throwing beer bottles out of cars at passers by! This is a brotherhood man and we are what we have, its almost a movement and by learning together and sticking together we only get better. Lend a hand 1000 times for every one you receive and it makes you stronger! I will hammer someones ass for misuse or abusing but that is to benefit them, to degrade someones appearance makes you weak, very weak!

i agree in that i have come to respect many of the characters i have met here. would probably get along well in the real world. i cant stand a bully. i have been a fighter my whole life and one thing i can honestly say is that i cant ever remember me saying i could whoop this guy or that guy. it just isnt in me. bullying only makes you look very weak as agreed upon by many who have posted. i have seen a couple comments and those people end up getting checked pretty quick. thats good. you will learn more on this site being a real person than acting like some hard ass prick cause although many want to help sometimes people stay quiet just to avoid asses. when i read stupid crap in a post i usualy wont leave a comment just to avoid being in the crap goin on, unless its in jest and directed towards Tread or Pope but i dont think any reasonable person wants to be involved in meaningless strife. so all you internet G's can slow your roll before you get dealt with, by someone else of course
Nice post before anyone criticizes anyone else take a good look in the mirror and a lot of times the guy who is doing the bashing don't look as good as he thinks he does. My buddy is 160lb. and is a world championship martial artist.2 summers ago 2 big juice heads who's combined weight was almost triple his thought because he was so small would be easy prey well they were wrong in less than 10 seconds both of them were on the ground. Now that's a quick way to get a piece of humble pie.

yea i was gonna post a before pick and 5 weeks in but i was afraid you wouldnt understand. i started my cycle at 240 with 50%BF and the other 50% is crap so imagine how i look. now i am 5 weeks in and strong as an ox but still 240 and 50%BF but now the other 50% is confidence and i dont need you stepping on that so i will keep my pics you meanies as i take my anti estrogin shot in massive amounts and tearfully looks up at the sky and whispers "thanks Goth"

Ya know. The majority of us on here want to research and better our selves and possibly take knowledge to help others. No one started huge. I've never understood the need to put down on someone unless they really need a reality check. Such as trolls. I'd rep you for this but my phone will not let me and I won't see a desk top for a few more weeks =s.
I think of some of the people on here as distant family members, if I see anyone of them being bashed because of how they look physically, I will go off on your ass. Like 7 said "I ejaculate over it". I don't see a problem with bashing someone for saying something incredibly stupid, but that's different. As humans, we have little control over how we look, and when flaws are revealed that aren't reparable it hurts the most. So don't fuckin do it, cuz we all have those flaws nobody is better than anyone else.

I'm glad you posted this. My dad was pissed the other day when he saw people being trashed over the pictures they posted of themselves.. I hate seeing it. I had some former friends slam me and my pictures and out my use on Facebook, and I've never been more hurt and pissed at the same time. I can only imagine that these guys feel the same, even though they haven't ever met anyone on here. Get after em Goth! I'll be doing the same.
