Clen vs Cardio vs Diet

ad

It's my understanding that 80-120mcg of clen burns about 200-300 cal. Please correct me if I'm wrong, it's what I have been able to surmise after hitting the search button a bunch of times here and reading up on the matter.

If that's the case it's the equivalent of 20-30 minutes of moderate intensity cardio on the elliptical or stair-master. Or even the equivalent of just staying in a caloric deficit through diet. Mainly manipulating your carb intake.

So why is it that so many people flock to clen like its a miracle pill?

I'm not trying to put anyone down here, I guess what I'm trying to understand is, can the same weight cutting goal be attained through diet/cardio or does the body plateau at some point in the cut and just loses the muscle instead of the fat?

Or are we all just being a bunch of lazy/undisciplined bastards? Smile Smile

Thanks for chiming in.

Clen is very effective at raising the heart rate in return suppressing appetite and burning fat. With a clean diet and clen I get shredded with #nocardio

But taking clen is mentally exhausting.

Is this really a serious question? Cardio & DIET. Easy answer. No simple or quick way there.

I want to see someone take 80-120mcg and still think it is a good idea. I tried it last summer, at 60 mcg the cramps were all but debilitating. The worst I have ever felt in my life. No thanks, I'll pass on clen.

basically because it works.. a lot of people ignore the risks and only see the rewards..
diet + cardio + clen > diet + cardio...

I will ... It's because people are to lazy to do a proper diet !!! They look to the easy way out thinking there is a magic pill that will fix a shitty diet

But are all those benefits, which in my experience are way overrated, worth the side effects and potential health issues?

Fasted morning cardio will burn more calories, as well as keep your metabolism boosted for several hours afterwards. Pair that up with a low carb diet as well as weight training and there is no need for clen.
