DreamlordRed yeast is the best for me
I use it after my last prep and it was great

GW is my go to for lipid control. I try to take other health supps as well but I find a low dose of GW just knocks it out of the park when it comes to lipid control.
RustyhookerThats one i do need to invest in!!
what do you think of globolis? is it garbage .honestly it helped me get clean. Artichokes (if you like them) also lower cholesterol
RustyhookerI dont know sir! But thumbs upping yourself gives you no points. It makes you look sketchy
sorry not on purpose, corrected it. forgive me pro , i'm new and finding myself here. read read read many good articles..
Milk Thistle is extremely effective for reducing cholesterol levels - my numbers always come back at minimum range on bloods.
Rustyhooker@press1 found it

Quite remarkable the effect it has eh?! I always take 400mg extract per day and that seems to be quite a good dose as the difference between 300mg and 600mg is not that huge. Interesting on the faecal bile acid clearance as well - I am reading that in a way that its saying it is beneficial for the Liver and not a disadvantage? Its early in the morning here Lol
RustyhookerLooked like a good all around substance. Definitly going to use it more often than just during cycle. Thank you
RustyhookerInteresting! I use it for liver but if its a 1-2 punch then theres a bonus!
It seems to just be a really good supplement in general, so many other organs it is also healthy and beneficial for. Stabilizes blood sugar levels, good for kidneys, heart, liver etc.
DJGKJULY 2021:
TestE 100mg/wk + 140-210mg/week in orals [Going on 9 months]
LDL: 138MG/dL [Normal:60-100]
HDL: 10MG/dL [Normal: 41-67]
My doctor had 1 note for me in my MyChart:
“CHOLESTEROL!!!!!!!!!”
I told her about my back injury, my UGL usage & my dosages. She didn’t even bat an eye!!
Doctor’s advice: Omega-3 fish oil supplements + aspirin 81mg EVERYDAY
RustyhookerAspirin is anticoagilant but id advise reading the above links before it reeks havok. Stroke etc is common and silent. Plaque and hard arteries is one massive heart attack.
9 months of orals is just stupid.
DJGKI rotated compounds monthly — 20-30mg anavar, winstrol, tbol, or 25mg anadrol. Everything was at therapeutic levels VS online forum meathead levels
RustyhookerYolo....not smart...you admitted it wasnt smart yet going to second guess a bad guess. Wheres cholesterol controlled/produced and effected?
DJGKRusty, AAS in general ain’t smart. Is cholesterol controlled by the liver?? If so, I think I see where you’re going with this one…
RustyhookerI see now....
Niacin with flush all the way to 1,500mg did help but my game changers have been citrus bergamot, Arjuna bark, beta sitosterol, and berberine. I've used gw in the past for this purpose and in a matter of 4 weeks definitely helped, but the shit scares me with the rat trials.
Foods oatmeal, with flax seed ground, blue berries, salmon, walnuts, almonds.
RustyhookerBoom!!
Berberine made me feel off kilter but i might try it again. Try a few food changes and see how it goes. Lot of science with berberine
Yeah you can even try a 2 on 1 off protocol or eod and it will still work. Very comparable to metformin.
theromanianbear8989I'm actually using gw right now post cycle and just got blood pulled and will be posting soon as I get them to show where lipids are. Coming off var and tren so I know they were tanked unfortunately I don't have on cycle blood to compare.
RustyhookerBloods will still be great so you can compare to future runs plus see how recovery is currently
This is a good forum. I do pretty much the same as what you have laid out. I personally do niacin (slow release), GW, Red Rice, Bergamot, garlic extract, and good belly probiotic shooters.
RustyhookerSmart approach!! All angle attack
Thanks - info well needed.
