GW is my go to for lipid control. I try to take other health supps as well but I find a low dose of GW just knocks it out of the park when it comes to lipid control.

Milk Thistle is extremely effective for reducing cholesterol levels - my numbers always come back at minimum range on bloods.

Quite remarkable the effect it has eh?! I always take 400mg extract per day and that seems to be quite a good dose as the difference between 300mg and 600mg is not that huge. Interesting on the faecal bile acid clearance as well - I am reading that in a way that its saying it is beneficial for the Liver and not a disadvantage? Its early in the morning here Lol

It seems to just be a really good supplement in general, so many other organs it is also healthy and beneficial for. Stabilizes blood sugar levels, good for kidneys, heart, liver etc.

Niacin with flush all the way to 1,500mg did help but my game changers have been citrus bergamot, Arjuna bark, beta sitosterol, and berberine. I've used gw in the past for this purpose and in a matter of 4 weeks definitely helped, but the shit scares me with the rat trials.

Foods oatmeal, with flax seed ground, blue berries, salmon, walnuts, almonds.

Yeah you can even try a 2 on 1 off protocol or eod and it will still work. Very comparable to metformin.

This is a good forum. I do pretty much the same as what you have laid out. I personally do niacin (slow release), GW, Red Rice, Bergamot, garlic extract, and good belly probiotic shooters.
