If it was me I'd just cut the cycle short go to the doctor and get some antibiotics because theres a good chance that the acne will continue to get worse and you will be left with lots of scars, If you have spot prone skin or have existing acne before you start the cycle your asking for trouble.

Trust me a few pounds of muscle isn't worth looking at the scars everyday in the mirror
