-11 CENSORED and the no resolution process
My second time of ordering from CENSORED has turned into an utter fiasco . They will not communicate at all with me other than to thank me for my money that (I cant get back) because I was short by 4$ now interestingly enough the bill was payed exactly the amount I was asked to pay by CENSORED then all of a sudden Im short $4
The fact that they will not credit me or let the 4$ go is frustrating and hurtful. I have sent them email after email they will not returned one email they will not say what to do next . REDACTED does not allow you to pay for something that cost $4 so basically I have to re order and pay two times but also lose the money I already paid.
If anyone has any advice for me I would be grateful and if someone could recomend a different company to order from that would also be appreciated,

I want everyone to know they have my money but will not send my product and they will not correct the mistake they have made regarding my bill and the worst part is they will not communicate one way or another on what the next step to take. I have no other recourse than to warn the public of paying by REDACTED is basically trusting people to do something that they actually dont have to do and if they take your money you have no way of getting our money back if the company CENSORED decides they dont want to deal so oh well your out your hard earned money.
Horrible customer service 2nd time dealing with them the first time was ok although REDACTED is a joke and i will never pay for anything this way again .
