I’ve spent the last few weeks trying to get some info on this compound. Old threads, newer threads, YouTube, other forums, etc. Experiences and opinions seem to be all over the place which of course with any compound experiences can differ. Curious about anyone who’s ran it recently and how they feel about it when it comes to a boost in endurance regardless of type of training. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Personally I love it. Ran it nearly daily for around 4-5 years. I feel it gives me good endurance, keeps me somewhat lean and gets them extra few reps on a big drop sets and stuff. Not a big fan of cardio nowadays, but when doing cardio it definitely helps me not fatigue as fast

It works. Also helps lipid profile. Stick with 10-20mg/day and you’ll be fine. As with all SARMs (and yes I know it’s technically not a SARM) there’s little evidence of (or lack thereof) chronic complications taking them. Risk/reward calculations would be user dependent.

The help with lipids is also interesting. That’s a struggle for me regardless of being on cycle or not. Thanks for your insight.
