"bulk VS cut" go for steady gains
I see lots of guys who are new to steroids, and obviously looking to use AAS for cosmetic improvement asking "bulk vs cut." I am in no way being critical of those asking this question, just want to share my view on it.
I think the "bulk VS cut" terms are thrown around pretty loosely around here. IMO...'these terms come from the serious bodybuilding culture and the serious steroid users. I think that unless you are looking to walk the big stage at mr. Olympia, you should think more in terms of re-comp & constant physical improvement rather than "bulk and cut" and plan your cycles, diet and training accordingly. This mentality will allow for steadier and more maintanable gains that won't be as harsh on your body. If you are just looking to look better, bigger, leaner, etc.. Try to shift your mentality toward the constant improvement away from "bulk vs cut." avoiding huge gains and huge losses and go for steady lean gains, and steady BF losses. I think that it will be safer and you may be happier with long term results. Remember the turtle wins this race guys and gals!!Just my opinion.

I agreee, you got all these new guys thinking they need to just bulk and get huge off there first cyc. In my opinion you need to strength train hard but also through cutting in the mix . Im not a newbie to the rodeo but iv never really set out to cut or bulk when i get my gear , i do both at the same time and it works wonders for me I'm big and cut , and Ca hardcore is right take it easy on your body ,stay steady and consistent eat right and you will get there .
OE2000hahahahaahah me too, if I could only get my face outta this pumpkin pie, that would help tremendously
