We all have to deal with the ins and outs of life, the ups and downs and the assholes that we have to share the planet with. we all struggle, and add in the fact that we are pushing our bodies to levels most don't and taking potent hormones, we may have more ups and downs than most. I just wanted to take a few moments to post up some ideas and sayings that will help me and hopefully others have a positive and productive 2012.

I know that some of them are cheesy, but I am constantly striving to be a more positive and successful person in all aspects of my life. life is hard, a shitty attitude it is much harder.
