bodybuilding, and cycles, what does it take to win.
Ok guy's, I want to know what it takes to win! Im not getting back on that stage till im ready. I want to know everything about bodybuilding. The political side of it, who's ass do I need to kiss. How do I best reach that peak right before pre-judging. So many questions I have! So come on I know there's people in these forms that can help me, im tired of asking judges to critique me and getting blown off. I can't win if I don't know how to win I've realized its not just about going to the gym everyday and doing a 12-20week cutt, there is so much more. Bodybuilding is so much more complex than I have or could ever imagined, I'm hooked and can't stop. it brings me a joy powerlifting never could! So any input from some competitive bodybuilders would really help me on my slow journey to the top!

these guys who are telling you to get a coach are right.. my own philosophy.. if you want to go big, think big. If that means you have to travel to a big city to get the coach that you need then that's what you need to be prepared to do.
As people have stated hiring a coach is indispensable. But also remember that the sport and everything about it is very individualistic. Most of It revolves around a trial and error process, to figure out what works for YOU. A coach is necessary because he will streamline the process for you, but if you really want to get somewhere you just have to go through the process and get on stage. The amount of information you will garner from the process, especially with a qualified coach will save you a lot of aggravation down the road.
That's my two cents.
I like your trial and error statement that's the truth. And I've been in stage twice and just will keep learning. But I didn't open this form to just be told to hire a coach, anyone can just say"go pay someone" lol I want to find out some secrets or helpful advice from people that have been in the game that can help me come in better conditioned!
Bro. As someone who coaches, please don't expect folk here do get the job done for you over the internet. That isn't possible. Doing a full contest prep in bits and pieces isn't gonna work. I understand perhaps your disdain, surprise, and disappointment even in posting this and getting the reaction your getting. I can only assure you from those of us that know, that "go hire somebody" that is physically gonna be there with you is the only right answer. Expect to pay $750-$1,000 for someone with a client list of winners. Bro, my personal feeling has always been that bodybuilding is expensive. It could just be that I'm poor, of course.
Yes youre completely right im not really getting the inputs that I would like lol. I live in a small town so there is only one guy to go to for training and he's the one I hired previously and didn't have me on ai's and really messed up my system. I just recently got everything back in order! Plus everyone works with him so there is no secrets. I've looked into online coaches but to me that makes no sence.and yes bodybuilding is expensive I totally agree. I just joined eroids looking for help from experienced people, and its awesome the knowledge on here. And obtain knowledge and advice here that is not available locally to me.
Let's take this offline. PM me and tell me what happened. The kind of conversation u want to have with me does not make for a nice topical thread - it will be all over the place and I don't think particularly useful as eroids archive material.
If you don't want generalities then you need to write a whole lot more about yourself and hope that people are willing to take the time to coach you for free. Or you can just get bits and pieces here and there from different posts. The problem with that is what works for one individual may not work for another.
Bro. On the legitimate side of the sport right at this instant, what the judges are looking for is conditioning. You don't have to show at the top of your weight class to win, but they want you shredded. That said, if you want folk like me to do your prep for you as a consult you will be paying through the nose - but when the time comes I strongly advise u use a consultant. In the meantime - read read read and research on how to get the BF down to stage readiness.

Yes guys I understand about coaches. And I've hired two ,both want me using heavy amounts of gear. And I don't believe in coaches ....who is going to know my body better than me? The last coach had me running decca with nothing combating prolactin, so I developed issues! And in my town the same guy is helping everyone. Why hire someone and pay that kind of money for someone who isn't going to show up in the gym and pick you apart? Im not hating or saying there isn't a place for prep coaches but I hate that its become all about the money.
i hear you bro, but the truth is that you can only get as big as your wallet... a big secret from the pros its insulin & Pharma grade gh (lots of it) as far as heavy gear usage thats how its done.. if you dont like that specific coach maybe look for another one,
heu bro, the best way to get into the game is to hire a coach. he can answer all your question, see what level you are on, and you wont waste your time guessing... if you have competitors at your gym ask them who their coach is then go from there... good luck
Amazing how great minds think alike bro! LMFAO (Just kiddding of course)
