+ 5 Bodybuild or weightlift ? Strains, tears, tendon probs

ad

Ok guys I see a lot of the time a lot of people tearing muscles and hurting there joints and tendons(me being one of these people )
Ok so the thing a lot of us are forgetting and is causing a lot of us to fuck ourselves up is that's were trying to build our bodies to look good not be the strongest men or women in world and where going to hard on weights heavy heavy and honestly you may not think so or even realize your not really lifting your monkey ain't that shit no real contraction and stretch going on like ol Kai Greene says! We forget to lift to build and we get caught up trying to show ass ! Yes I have done this ! This tears shit up real good due to lack of proper form and you really don't get full growth potential too ! Now if your not about bodybuilding your a weightlifter and you just want to be able to lift heavy shit ! Then more power to you do your thing ! But those of us looking to look like mass monsters and aesthetic freaks please try and remember it's not how much you can lift period it's how much you can lift properly ! That's how to grow and keep growing ! We forget either due to just forgetting or pride or showing off or cuz steroids make us into lil monsters that want to eat weights ! The purpose is to just remind people lifts proper ! Fuck the weight get big lift the weight you can lift correctly and grow and have less chance of injury ! Don't forget with getting bigger and building quility muscle comes strength too ! So in turn take it slow you'll be big in time and have no or less injuries and be strong to ! Or be whatever you want lift like a monster and cry like a whimp when you can't lift for god knows how long ! Sad but true trust me I fucking hate my tennis elbow and that's shit compared to some shit other guys have endured !

Your boy celtic

I tried to sike myself up thinking fuck yeah! I can do this shit! ...and tore the fuck out of my shoulder. Only person I was trying to impress was myself.

I like to mix it up tho. Sometimes I lift heavy as fuck sometimes I rep it out. I stick to higher reps for a while then when I begin to plateau, I'll go a month or 2 of lifting heavy as possible. Usually when I make the switch I notice I get that increased muscle soreness post workout and a couple days after. I continue lifting heavy until the soreness decreases which is also around when my strength plateaus and I notice my body is getting used to it. Then when I go back to lighter weights and deep full long reps, my soreness days after a lift increases again.

I never get joint pain anymore though, it must be the HGH or something. When I'm off cycle and off hgh that's when I get joint soreness but not on growth and EQ.

So so true!! I feel like I have wasted about 2+yrs alone in the gym just trying to go super heavy on everything.. sometimes to show off and sometimes just for the fk of it.. what a waste, now my form is everything and I could care less about what anyone thinks.. I do this for ME!! I always have to remind myself that..

Always worried about injuries myself.. closest I came was actually last month on front squats... really close to blowing out my knee.. big reality check.. because when I am injured I go completely insane not being able to do anything!!! Good luck and hope all goes well with the heal!!
