Blood Donating and Endurance

How long should I wait after donating blood to do an endurance run. I am on prescribed trt and donate regularly. Can I donate on a Thursday morning and do a 10 mile Spartan run on Saturday morning? This will only be available Thursday and is a couple miles from my house. I can donate in a few weeks but it is a pain in the ass drive to get to.

I'm no dr but have donated and exercised hard the next day, many times later that day. You're fine Thursday Saturday you mentioned. Google it, probably valid info.
You be fine. Like unforgiving said as long it isn't same day your golden. Get plenty of food in and rest and you'll be fine.
2hour gap is what I've been told. Food, water, and nap.
