Arm growth-Finally!
ad
For some reason my arms are my slowest growing body part. I figure it probably that way with everyone but its almost like i have to slow down training other parts to let my arms stay proportionate.
I did measure a couple of minutes ago, i'm keeping measurements up during the ebc as i'm trying to cut bodyfat and increase measurements and i'm FINALLY AT "18 inches! This is a long time accomplishment of mine.
If anyone has any ideas that have helped them, let me know.
"19 here I come baby!
I have some recent pictures up from my cut if anyone wants to see progress after 1 week.

try work your triceps more than bi's. tri's make up 2/3 of your arm so it makes since to train them more.
im busting my ass to get mine to 17" goal is 17.5 to 18" im 5'9" and i got 16.5" now. which actually i guess are big for my size i dont think they are.
Good work.
I have 18s on my bulk but now recomping I lose fat in the arms first so about 17.75. Hoping to now go under 17.5 for my height!
I try to do 3 sets of 8 reps as heavy as i can with little rest between sets and one week of the month i do negative reps, is been working wonders for me. This is coming from someone who was stuck with 11 inch arms since i was 16. Currently at 15 & growing every set. Good luck and hope this helps u bro, but i should not be too worry about 18 is a decent size, most fuckers walk around in sleeveless shirts with 13's lol
AnonMine don't want to fucking grow either lol I just keep Doing what I can ! I'm going to take a major break after this short cycle so next time I cycle I can make these fuckers grow
I hear ya man, it seems impossible. Ive tried everything. I guess they just grow slowly.
AnonI want to think they are the slowest growing for most it may break down to genetics a bit too but shit we keep lifting and they'll grow in time
same here made me wanna inject synthol once LOL jk. but how the hell can you complain about 18 inches
AnonYeah dude I know I'd fucking give my nuts up for 18" arms anyday ! I'm working with 15.5"
