are email providers reading your emails
Wassup everybody,
I have a huge concern after what happened to me today. I placed an order with a well known reputable supplier this morning using my hushmail account. Everything seemed to go ok and my order should be being shipped tomorrow. So I go to log into my hushmail this afternoon and can't get in. It keeps showing a message that the account has been disabled. After numerous tries I send hushmail an email inquiring if it was a mistake or something (hopefully ). They hit me back on my Gmail account (wonder if this is safe) telling me its no mistake my account was disabled effective immediately due to TOC violations ,I think that's terms of condition or something like that. So I click on these TOC's and there's a lot of yaknow standard terms as well as what I did today : purchase illegal substances through the internet/email. This really worries me, could they be bored enuff to actually inform LE and I always thaught hushmail was a "so called " safe email to use. So who the fuck is safe to use for what most of us here on eroids do frequently. And I've used that same address to purchase from 4 or 5 different well known sources on this awesum site. I don't wanna be responsible for jamming anybody up, cause of a fuckin email provider I thaught g2g. Now I don't think so! I have another hushmail acct. but I'm canceling that fucker! I gut Safemail,Gmail, yahoo. But who the fuck is safe! Anyone know?

thanks for the post, NOTE TO ALL MEMBERS MAKE SURE YOU ARE DELETING ANY SENT OR RECIEVED EMAILS NO MATTER WHAT PROVIDER YOU USE!!!! Dont take the chance of incriminating yourself and if you have any info you need to save just make sure your not keeping it accessable through online accounts. I wouldnt think that le would worry about the lil fish but then again I thought OJ wasnt suppose to go to jail for anything after he got off for murder but I was wrong their too lol
Guys just get a I.p. blocker. Ull see anyone who's on there watching and can block them in a click.
just delete any mails you get after reading them. unless they have some sort of hidden folder on there server with all clients incoming mail, stored seperatly, surely not though.
Mine was shut down for TOC violation as well, and had multiple orders to a specific address...kinda worrisome.

I have an Idea!!! We all pitch in buy a hotel. No more mail order except in Hotels name. Anonymity? We live in 1/2 rent out other 1/2. There would have to be a min. buy in amount, but more you buy in for more of the cut of profit you get. We operate everything frnt desk, kitchen/restaurant, room cleaning, and maintenance of a badass gym. We brew our own goodies, and u clean a couple rooms you get some juice and so on... ahhhhh I am such a dreamer. I personally, have calmed down, not completely. cause I am waiti on a pack, but anyway Anyone interested?

It's suprising how many suppliers etc ask you to use Hushmail specifically when this is obviously not an isolated incident. Went and signed up for a safe-mail.net email!
Dude, I just read this thread this morning and decided to open a safe-mail account. I forwarded all my old important messages from hushmail to my safe-mail account. I just went to log into my hushmail account and it's disabled! I'm a lucky SOB!
Anondid any of you read the terms and conditions for safe-mail??
Who reads TOC? Haha, if they want to spend all that time and money on a little guy like me, go ahead. There is much bigger fish to fry than I. I'm not too worried about it. If I need to, I'll look into the site you were talking about the other day.
Anonsorry if you all are too lazy to read TOC.. I happen to read stuff before I sign up and give out personal information or sensitive information ... I happen to enjoy whatever privacy I can eek out of a society that is ever NOT so private.. do I think that the le is going to mess with end users? No, I don't but I also don't poke bears to see what they will do.. If you want to risk having your account shut down then so be it you should at least know the score before you play the game. I also read the small print on sales contracts as well... I read everything before I sign my name. It has saved me quite a few headaches.
Listen fellas the way I see it is this; If LE was going to come knocking on your door they would have to be apart of huge multi international sting operation. Imagine the massive amounts of man hours and dollars required to try and get countries like Thailand, England, Australia, Canada and several other nations to cooperate just to track down thousands of people for anything ranging from a class three felony to a slap on the wrist. If you will notice Hushmail is shutting down accounts systematically from country to country and it is probably because of the heat they are getting from their own country. I don't think they are turning everybody in. More then likely they have put a query in place to screen for specific phrases and email accounts to flagged sources. Read the whole post in here and I think you will discover the same thing. Relax

I cant sleep now after reading this earlier. Cause I have used yahoo several times and just did a few days ago again. do they disable your account same way? I have not been disabled but cant sleep worrying about it? Help. I deleted everything now and wont use them again if I am not in jail for $575 worth of stuff
Wow guys...it's alrite, I wouldn't get so paranoid over them shutting off your accounts. I seriously doubt the fuzz is gonna come-a-knockin' over PURCHASES of gear for your PERSONAL use. That's just my humble opinion though.

safe-mail.net is what ive used for 5+ years and never had a problem with it, neither have any of my buddies. by far the best out there imo, easy to use and very secure
Thanx bro, I just opened a Safemail acct. Maybe I'll use that addresss from now on. But I think with Hardbdygrl's advice I'll do some research on whichever Email provider I decide to use. Peace Bro

thats why their is no such thing as been OVER cautious.. my ip is in a made up name, and cant get traced back to my address, even still, every big order i make is never sent to my address with my name, and done from a internet cafe at a shopping center through email accounts made on that same day and only ever check status of how its going at an internet cafe, small little orders for myself are made from home tho
Anonlol. you can't trace an ip back to an address unless you are the internte service provider.
no sorry here in aus that isnt the case, i use to use a certain prepaid wireless mobile broadband modem, on www.tracemyip.org/ i could go on there and it will give me my exact location of where i am and tell me exactly where my modem is with gps co ordinates, it would give the location within only 4-5 feet, if cops are watching u and have a court order they can trace ur ip in a similar way, now i've got it rigged a certain way that the modem isnt in my name, and when its traced the location that comes up is 1300kms away from me to a location that i chose. i've had a friend get done the same way but mobile was traced while he was driving in the middle of no where picking up 300lbs of weed. much better to over estimate cops than underestimate the fuckers.
Anonit is also a phone which is why I recommend you have GPS turned off. an ISP addy trace will NOT give you a GPS coordinate and ONLY the ISP can give an address. I m not discussing phones here.
lol dudeee...... neither am i!! lol. i can get a gps co ordinate that is only a couple feet out through a ip trace is what i am saying, i just did it then even.. dont know if u guys in the us have it(majority of people are using it here now), but here we have mobile internet modems that plug into ur laptop like a usb shape to get onto the net, has a sim card in it and is used the same way as a mobile phone, mobile internet is traced the same way cops trace mobile phones(which can be done with amazing accuracy now), it has its own mobile/service number like a mobile phone, mobile phone towers can tell exactly in what direction to the degree a phone is from it, all they do is if theirs 2 towers near u(theirs normal 4 or 5) a straight line from the towers in the direction to where u are and where the lines cross is ur exact location within a few feet, i have had friends been done the exact same way, i know ALLLLL about this i havent taken these precautions for no reason! lol i just wacked my other modem on, went and traced it(remember its wireless) lol gave me a map with the street number and where abouts i am and that im 80 meters about sea level lol.
the whole point of what i was trying to say before this debate is, even if isp's were the only ones who know where u are, it doesnt mean shit. anyone who has police watching them from seeing u email an order or trying to import illegal substances like steroids, has enough against them for police to EASILY get a court order against, which means ur isp will willingly give up any dirt on u and give them ur address anyway without them even needing to trace u, im saying take precautions so even if the cops have that information, they cant do shit with it, like track ur ip or find out who u really are even with ur isp's help! i have had my phone tapped, house bugged, car bugged and hotmail address's hacked all because i was living with a senior bikie member of one of the clubs here. i learnt very quickly how easily cops can use ur shit to get info. so i do everything i can to prevent it.

Anonyou can get a general area such as general vicinity but not much more than that unless you have a search warrant ;-)
im saying i do it the way i do because even if they have a court order/warrant, the ip doesnt come back to me, nothing does.
My last job was sys admin for a big isp in australia, part of my job was to capture traffic. In 4 years at that position I would of had 20+ requests with court order for kiddie porn, 5 for meth cooks but not 1 for AAS, they have better things to do, but always pays to be safe when ordering.

lol dont worry ur not going to go to jail and become bubba's bitch.. wont even get a fine dude, just do like i do, if ur making orders, do it off an internet cafe with a new email account. only takes 15-20 minutes and well worth saving ur identity.

You better beleive that they read them. Thats how they know if you are breaking their rules.
i've had mine blocked, and with the few guys i've spoken to in detail that have had theirs done we have all had one u.k site in common linked to all email accounts, last nite made a new hushmail account with a different ip address, emailed that one site about an order and today its blocked, could be coincidence and could not be. i just know im not going to use them again just to be safe

no, but I have been fueding with pharm-mart and I suspect they reported me because I threatened to show them proof they acklnowledged they had some gear that was no good.

Alot of people in v aus/nz forum had there hushmail accounts suspended on the same day a few weeks ago..
Hush mail turned over twelve cd's of email transactions for Steroids in 2007 resulting in the largest bust in US history. This was in California and If memory serves me correctly he got 60 years. They were under court order from Canada who was cooperating with the US DEA. Before you freak the cds were transactions of the dealer and as far as I could tell there were no other prosecutions in connection to the customers on a federal level.
