Anxiety?
ad
I suffer from a anxiety disorder. Im not anxious all the time but when i get hit with a anxiety attack i loose all motivation, all focus, and all my strength. I was wondering if anyone (who has dealt with the same issue) could possibly give me a few pointers to help me push through gym sessions when i get like this. Please, and thank you.

bigmurphI see my doc and take meds for anxiety and high bp that's the way to handle this. I will be honest what you described sounds more like depression and this can happen when taking aas. You get your hormones way up then they come down.
See your doc hope you feel better I've been there it sucks
Shredded_wheatIv suffred from this way before aas and iv just been through some unthinkable shit in my life. Its kinda like once i get something in my head i run with it and it starts a snowball affect and i loose not only my motivation but my mind. Maybe its time to hop back on the k-pins or something prescribed by a doctor.
I've had anxiety issues over my life. Best bet is go to the doctor and get a script for some meds. Its something that you don't have to suffer with.
Shredded_wheatThanks guys
Seek a doc bro. I've battled with anxiety since 18, it sucks! Meds definitely help me.
It is called courage wheat. We all call on it everday to face our struggles. Everyone has them. Courage is better than any pill or injectable there is. You may need to talk to someone also like tron said but courage, doing the right thing , beleiving in yourself. U got this.
TronHmm. I think a little anxiety is normal for all of us at times but when it becomes a factor that is hindering your life it's time to talk to a professional. If you are having random attacks like you mention that means something isn't right. Nothing that can't be fixed through a professionals help though. Seek professional help and take that first step if you have not already.
