AAS & Prohormones
why are prohoromes legal but AAS are not? Prohoromes are known to be methylated, genetically modified compounds, that are quite liver toxic. Companies can get away with selling these "supplements" as they call them, due to the modifed construction of the compound. 17a-methyl-androst-1 4-diene-3b 17b-diol Is a similar compound to dbol but like i said above its been played with in a lab. Why has no one tried to tweek testosterone, EQ, deca, ect. Just a bit so they can be legally sold over counters? This just had me thinking so i thought i would share. Please feel free to fill in the blanks, always trying to learn new things. (And i understand that once the fda runs tests on the hormones that they immediately ban the substance, but a month later there is always something new and even stronger)

Only legal ones left are dmz, msten and alpha1. Dmz and msten are designer steroids, alpha is a ph to m1t that works very very well.
To answer your question, it wasn't/isn't legal for the reasons irongame said. But the products where not on the market in 1991 when the original act was passed and the government didn't not know about them so they were not against the law to possess, just to sell and manufacture.
I know back in the day they had a product called bold 200. It was an effective pre curser to eq, un-methylated as well. I ran a gram a day of it which was pretty much the status quo and the results were there. Actually I cant lie the results were the equivelant of dosing injectable eq at around 400mg a week.
I ran across a company selling injectables legally now. The oils contain compounds that found no substantial use in the medical community, or are "tweaked" compounds we see in the AAS community. They clearly state, not for injection but they most certainly are.
All in all I think it is retarded that using a substance in a mature healthy manner to in reality better your physical health, is illegal. Yet alcohol, cigarrettes, fkn obese causing fast food is perfectly fine. On top of that the fkn pharmaceutical companies pushing drugs on t.v. for every type of "ailment" you can think of. If a 600lb person can legally purchace a double cheeseburger...Ill be damned if I cant inject test in my ass!
Shredded_wheatCouldn't agree with you more
Most prohormones are designer steroids that pass through legal loop holes (for awhile) MOST of the effective ones are already banned in some places.
and no what they are doing is illegal when they call them supplements, the only way it can be a supplement is if its found naturally in food, these hormones arent. What they are doing is breaking a law called introducing a new drug into interstate commerece. To do this legally you have to go through the proper channels ( research, invitro studies, animial studes, multple phase clincal trials etct). Costs about a blliion dollars when its all said and done. But like murph said theyre all illegal now, they used to just ban them one buy one but now they put a new law in stating if has the 4 ring 19 carbon structure of a steroid its illegal banning everything and not allowing anything new from coming around. But you can still get them from websites and the UK. But i wouldnt i stick to the stuff thats been used for the last 50 years and been tested not the stuff thats never been tested on humans and could cause cancer, or a mililion other diseases.
bigmurphUsa govt just banned every prehormone that I know of i don't think there are any real ones left that are still legal
AAS and Prehormones, here in the UK are legal to posses use and import for personal use. For a country and government as here, this is very surprising.
This won't last long. Unless they find a way of taxing it without looking involved.
This is the reason, from the 60s-90s drugs like dbol winny anavar test deca etc etc were widely used and produced by pharm companies, so when they inacted the anabolic steroid control act in 1991 or whatever all of those drugs went on the list. Well the thing is back in the 60s when all the steroids were being developed like dbol tbol deca etc they also developed a TON of other hormones that never made it to clincal trials, aka superdrol, phaplex, haladrol, epstaine, and all the other ones. nobody ever used those in the 60s-90s becuase they werent available, everyone got their stuff from doctors and those drugs werent fda approved they were long forgotten, lost in the big book of patents. So when they inacted the steroid act those drugs werent even thought about becuas nobody had ever used them. Well then in 2005 the owner of anabolic extreme (first company to produce superdrol) came up with and idea, he went back into the old patent registry and found a few promising compounds, found someone in china who made the compound for him and put them in caps and sold them as a dietary supplement. Then Pplex, hdrol etc, when one was banned they found another, at this point he wasnt the only one going through the old patents and finding steroids that were synthezied alot of companies were doing it. And its still going on today. All this shit people are taking was never tested on humans, they never made it to clincal trials because they were so toxic so everyone using them are the gueina pigs. So these people coming out with these new drugs allthe time arent some genius scientists synthesizing new chemicals, theyere just finding ones that were already made back in the 60s and bringing them to the market.
I spoke with my doctor about all the androstene I'd ran 15 years ago. ( the only use I've ever admitted to him).
He claims that they discovered in the event of nuclear exposure, it's one of the few drugs that increases bone density. That they pulled it and have stockpiles ready to make millions in profits off of it in the event of a nuclear attack.
I know, it sounds kind of hippy, but he's actually a pretty level headed guy, so I give it some credence.
Sums alot of it up right there.
Shredded_wheatAwesome read broo! Thanks for droping some history, appreciate it a lot
Prohormones are illegal last I checked? It's a cat and mouse game with the chemical composition IIRC... Add XYZ onto the chain and it's no longer technically illegal until the FDA makes it so...
Look at it this way... Testosterone is testosterone, you can't change the chemical makeup of it and have it still be testosterone so once it's banned it's banned. Everything else is just adding shit onto the end to skirt by the rules, but it's no longer testosterone but rather some derivative (of a derivative, etc)
