That book has always been the reference standard on the subject. Websites like eroids will do a deeper dive into a lot of the subject matter along with user experience but I think every serious steroid user should have a copy of that book - hardcover or electronic.

I have it in kindle form on my ipad. I think it was less than $20. Great reference. I am wondering when he is going to do an updated version.

I did end up purchasing it. Awesome info and references. Have you done Dr. Scally's PCT routine?

I don't like dr scally i think he can be buffoonish. one thing i read is that he said a good rule to follow in blood tests is that your t-serum level should be 10x the dose your running. 250mg wk= 2500 serum level. maybe its true on trt running watson but it changes as your dose gets higher. its not going to have the same multiplier when running 250mg wk when compared to a gram. he also doesn't say anything about different esters as far as i remember, some guys on other forums took his theories and ran with them. for example, if you run 100mg prop eod you never have mpre than 300mg in you at one time, i just read that on a forum post from tread recently. these guys thing they are gonna run 100mg prop ed to = 700mg weekly and they're t-serum should be 7000 that's just not the case. imagine test ace, that would be even lower but they would expect 7000. maybe i just don't like how he explains things but these things are so subjective, you can't have so many ideas that blanket everyone.

Well put. I never have read Scally's rule of thumb on blood work, but it did take me several re-reads to somewhat understand the clinical study. I understood it more from the paraphrased version from William Llewellyn. The testosterones that were used in the trials were cypionate & enanthate which were not said in the document like you had said. You are right about the dosage not being specific enough too. Not sure why Scally didn't elaborate that in his trials (probably another reason why he lost his license). He never discussed half-life either, but then again how could he if he didn't discuss the type of test. Good call

It's available in hard cover for about $80. I have an old edition from 2006 that was given to me. Honestly, most of the relevant info is already on this site.
