Am I overtraining or just getting sick?
ad
Right now on week 8 of a 12 week cycle, and I had to stop going to the gym because the glands on the back of my throat got swollen, and I was feeling feverish yesterday.
Thought it might be strep, but I'm feeling better today and will hopefully be able to hit the gym back in 2-3 days from now.
Right now just taking a lot of warm baths/showers, gargling with salt water and eating as much as I can but not overdoing it.
Have you ever gotten a bad cold, or strep, sore throat while on a cycle? Any thoughts on this? Thanks!

Sounds like you have the same shit I just got rid of. Upper respiratory infection. You'll be alright. Go get you a shot of solestone and some antibiotics and you'll be okay in a few days. DON'T train!
TxBigBoyIt's always good to take a couple days off here and there especially if your under the weather. I get occasional sore throats because I don't drain properly whenever my allergies kick up or I get a cold. My general rule is if there's no fever and I can eat enough to keep myself self going throughout the day then I'm in the gym
High intensity training will decrease your immune system. Especially if you're cutting back on fats that bind vitamins (C) in your body.
Swollen glands indicate your immune system is fighting a bacteria or a virus atm.
AnonI got sick ON cycle last year. Thought it was impossible but I got some bug. Pandora was with it for months but I pulled out in half the time and acredit the juice and just being a grumpy fuck the bugs moved out saying "fuck this asshole".
