+ 4 Acne cure for me when nothing worked.
I just wanted to post this for anyone else that may have acne problems on cycle. Of course everyone is different we know that. In a nutshell, every time I'm on cycle I get bad acne. Well, I think its bad till I see other pics and realize it wasn't so bad, but it is to me as I am used to clear skin and am at the beach a lot. It ruined my beach time...ruined! I didn't get any on my face. It was all over my chest back shoulders and started making its way down my forearm. Anyway, I tried benzoyl peroxide, which did help but didnt stop it. It made it look better and was better than nothing. Went to the dermatologist and got clarithromycin(not sure if I spelled it right). That didn't help. Still kept coming. Tried doxycycline. Didn't work, helped, but kept coming. Rubbing alcohol, helped to dry out but didn't stop them from still coming. I was using ALL the above and it helped but still didn't stop it. Tinactin, antifungal athletes foot cream, is working! I wanted to post this because I had a prob with the acne and freakin hated it! Wouldn't take my shirt off and had never seen any thing about tinactin or any other antifungal cream. Like I said I know everyone is different. Just wanted to post for anybody out there that may be struggling with it. Finally! Something that actually works for me and I'm in cycle which has included dbol. And that dbol puts more acne on me then any other compound, well so far. Ok so...tinactin is working for me when nothing else did. I would be stoked if anybody who is struggling with it and tries it and it works for them. Have a great day guys...and gals. Happy cycling

This reminds me of a guy that suggested 1% nizoral. It works.
Rub egg whites on the infected areas, should help to dry them up... I had a mild case on my back and shoulders. .after applying egg whites on them, they dried up in 2 days... worth a try..
Now that's something I've never heard of before lol!
Try it..it works... I'm sure that it probably will not cure them from popping up but however will take care of the ones that are present and dry them out.. I usually put it on before bedtime

I only had a few extra bumps starting out..but they were right on my rear delta and lats..I was waiting for the one to jump off my back and spot me lol..
Anyhow. .it's all good..minimal bumps here...nothing I can't blame on my womanly ways ; )
Are you still using PetArmor spray and has it been working til now? I'm really curious because nothing really worked with my acne problem and now afraid to go on a new cycle..
Just wanted to add. I started this thread with tinactin as the one helping. It stopped working long time ago. But no bullshit ever since I started cycling a year ago my skin has never been the same. That dog "PetArmour antifungal/antibacterial" spray from Walmart has me looking like I've never juiced. Like it used to be. My skin is so clear I'm so stoked. Last year my acne was so bad I didnt want to take my shirt off. Going to the beach was hard for me to do. I stayed home a lot. But this stuff works sooo good I look amazing on cycle. I dont have one zit anywhere. My wife was breaking out bad for a long time on her chin. She tried everything. I tried to get her to just spray this stuff on and try and of course it was like fuck no that's not gonna work the stuff I got is better. Well she finally been using it cause the way I look and hers is completely gone now too. Completely. She hasnt been acne clear on her chin in months. The stuff works wonders guys!!!

why would I post a paragraph of BS? Im not nor have I ever been that kind of person. I struggled since first cycle with acne that stopped me from taking my shirt off and Ive never had acne like that on my body. Through my life ive had some here and there ya know 1 or 2 or whatever but this was straight fucked off steroid acne. Even off cycle it was still fucked. I got scars on my chest and back. I tried and tried and tried a lot of things even went to a derm and got some cream and for a year could not get rid of it. All the things mentioned in this forum helped but none of them actually stopped them from coming. Just kinda slowed them down and made them look a lil better but was still fucked. Go to walmart in the pet section and grab PetArmour Antibacterial/antifungal spray. Not the shampoo...not the hot spot relief. The antibacterial/antifungal. Its 8$. I dont have one pimple on me. My skin looks amazing like it did before I started using AAS. Ive been spreading the word to ALL my friends who have probs with that. I shower in the morning...dry off... then spray all over and rub it in then just put my clothes on. Youll be stoked you grabbed it and please hop back on here and let us know how it worked for you. I know everyone is dif but the kind of antibacterial/antifungal chemicals in it fucking cured me. My acne was so bad it was changing my life. FUCKING SUCKED!!!!!! and this cured it completely. Wish I wouldve takin a before and after pic. Go get it bro.

Sulfodene stopped working for me, so I took a little break from it. Worked steadily for a good week and half then just stopped shrinking my zits. May try some other remedies from this thread.
Mine was same with tinactin..worked for a month then stoppwd working. Another thing that really helps me is dial body wash...antibacterial... the blue one... wife grabbed a dif one in sale and my back broke out went back to this and is 90% better... with that dog spray

I used accutane for like 4 months and it greatly reduced the oncoming acne also stopping all aas helps also...get a loofa and scrub everyday your back with antibacterial soap and take a shower after every workout...and also popping them and making sure you get ALL the stuff out helps...then Immediately applying alcohol all over the infected area works...try this for months and you should eventually see progress...trust me acne sucks...and it sucks even more that it takes many months to see progress but trust me it will get better eventually

Sweet ill look it up thank you. Using a dog spray right now from petarmor was at Walmart antibacterial and antifungal spray with 2% chlorhexidine 1% ketoconazole and its working great so far.
bigKountryI just went to the doctor shared my acne issues with him he didn't ask any questions and prescribed me Minocycline been good ever since that was about 2 years ago, good luclass with whatever option you go with.

Couple days into sulfodene. Noticed a good 50% decrease in size and redness. Good progress so far when nothing else would give me these results , not even ziana.

Petco had it. A tad bit expensive . ($8) I would recommend getting it online unless you have a convenient Petco nearby like me.

Luckily, I don't have it too bad. Some of it just looks like little bumps and not acne. I'm going to try the sulfodene and see if it clears up what I have currently.
Yeah mine is looking a lot better. I think my body is getting used to the cycles. Still wanna try that sulfodene too. Went to pet smart Walmart they didn't have it. I got some other spray they had that has certain antifungals in it that they didn't have for people. Working good so far. Gonna order sulfodene.
I'm using Clindamycin phosphate foam and AVAR cleanser. Basically no effect from them . I actually think it makes the acne worse.
I still have to rub tinactin all over or it will come back. Thought I killed it and missed a couple days and it started coming back for more...i have to use tinactin every day usually twice a day for it to stay away.

I don't recommend trying to dry them out with alcohol or anything else that dries out the skin. Not only will it wick the moisture out of the acne but the skin as well. Premature aging can be caused by the dryness. Also, the sebacsious (sp?) glands will become overactive to moisturize from the inside out and make the acne worse. Don't forget to moisturize!
The moisturizing is key for sure. Many people get into a vicious cycle of using harsh cleansers to strip the skin of oil, causing more acne, and then using more harsh cleansers and so on and you get the idea. Gentle cleasing, followed by non comedogenic moisturizers such as Cetaphil are what you want to do.
AnonMy girlfriend is trying the tinactin to see if it helps. Will update in a few days. As fitcpl2529 said, the dog medicine has worked for me in the past. We had some leftover for our bulldogs and I thought she was crazy when she told me to try it but it was pretty effective.
Another thing that has worked for me is sulphur soap. Its called Grandpa's Thylox Acne Treatment Soap with Sulfur, some health stores sell it but its cheaper online. Shit works really well, doesn't smell bad either. Basically, the sulfur helps open the pore and then helps minimize the bacteria inside.
And finally, take some epsom salt and dissolve it in a little water. Use it as a spot treatment before bed and it will really help clear you up. The magnesium in epsom salt takes moisture from the bacteria in the acne, which can dry it out and effectively kill the bacteria. It also reduces inflammation and helps purge the body of toxins. I try to take an epsom salt bath at least twice a week. Really helps sore muscles too.

I remember BIG A from professionalmuscle forum when he was competing he was using doxy every day all year ( I was his supplier for gear and all ). You said for you did not worked I see but for most people I recommended is working very well.
Dermatologists tend to work on acne in this order, doxycycline, then erythromycin, then clinomycin as a last resort. Doxycycline tends to sort things out for most.
I took 100 mg doxy ed for 200 days...wish it woulda worked on me

AnonAnybody know why I get cystic acne when I run Anadrol? Only on my chest, and the only thing that makes me break out! It gets really bad even have some small holes in the middle of my chest because of it
Anadrol is the only thing that makes me break out too. Terrible cystic acne on my back. I really wish I knew a way around it cause I'd love to use anadrol again
The active ingredient Tolnaftate blocks the production of fungus on the skin. If you're getting relief from using this drug, your problem is at least in part fungal rather than typical acne. Most likely you have some acne, (as you got some relief from antibiotics), and some fungal form of folliculitis.

Haha...yeah I'm winning so far. Just at 14$ a tube rubbing it on like lotion. Biopsy meaning like looking under a microscope? Lol sorry...just a sheetrocker. Know of any topical antifungal stronger than tinactin that's OTC? Sorry not trying to bug...just want to pick your brain a tad for a stronger ingredient.
Biopsy = removing a pustule with a punch, then testing it at the lab. Only real way to find out what bacteria / fungus is causing the problem.
Difficult to say with your other question especially as I'm in the UK costs are incomparable. Detailed above is the active ingredient you're currently using. Ask the pharmacist if there are cheaper alternatives in gel / cream form.

Its definitely an imbalance... and I take .25 mg of anastrozole every 3 days... just could NOT make it stop...tried antifungal and bam...everybody reacts differently and that's why I posted this because nobody mentioned it anywhere. Mine is almost all gone now and I'm soooooo glad. Just left with scars now...damnit.
