Acne

ad

So I have tried everything for my acne on my back! I have been rubbing alchol on it twice a day..Also I take a couple of showers a day as well using dial soap, pro active ect ect! Also I have been tanning and being out in the sun every weekend trying to melt the acne off my back! Nothing is clearing it up! What is making me post this, is a girl questioned me over the weekend.. Asked me what was I taking in front of everyone! i caught Tren tunnel vision after that and then caught myself and laughed and played it off. Nothing more annoying than a nosey disrespectful person asking me that because of my acne! I've never had bad acne at all but this go around it's very bad! I have tried everything except prescription meds. Which is the last thing I want to go to my doctor for because he will want to run a hormone test and yea that can't happen and I have my reasons...Thanks for anyone's input and for helping! Also I know there's going to be a few knuckle heads that are going to say get your bloods done. That is in the process, I'll have those within the next few days.

I tend to get pimples after I trim/shave my face, and a small amount of organic cold pressed argan oil has pretty much eliminated that problem.

You don't want to be too dry or too abrasive as this can make acne worse.

I would ditch the rubbing alcohol.

I use OTC salycylic acid wash in the morning and a triclosan at night. I also lotion the affected areas after a hot shower. It has helped quite a bit.

Thanks buddy. I did drop the rubbing alcohol.

It's hard for me to reach my back as it is with a back scrubber lol... I will give it a try though brother, it couldn't hurt.

First step is getting bloods done to see where your estro is. High estro and fluctuations in your hormones will cause acne. You need to be on a good AI and keep your levels stable. Otherwise your fighting a losing battle (as you have found out). A good AI is your best friend against aas acne.

That's what I was thinking it was an AI problem...I'll have to by some pharm grade products from now on.

Rubbing alcohol is gonna dry you out too much. Grab some alcohol free toner. Neutrogena has a good one in a blue bottle. Get some of those cotton squares that are flat but have an exfoliating side to them. Only do it once a day. Preferably at night or after your post workout shower. Kitikiti might have a product for the body. Amazon it. Their scalp treatment is AMAZING. I use it up to 2 x a day. It has sulfur in it so you might smell like matches haha

Oh I forgot, grab an extruder for the whiteheads. Target or cvs sells them. Be gentle and just extrude them and rub with toner.
