Acne
So I have tried everything for my acne on my back! I have been rubbing alchol on it twice a day..Also I take a couple of showers a day as well using dial soap, pro active ect ect! Also I have been tanning and being out in the sun every weekend trying to melt the acne off my back! Nothing is clearing it up! What is making me post this, is a girl questioned me over the weekend.. Asked me what was I taking in front of everyone! i caught Tren tunnel vision after that and then caught myself and laughed and played it off. Nothing more annoying than a nosey disrespectful person asking me that because of my acne! I've never had bad acne at all but this go around it's very bad! I have tried everything except prescription meds. Which is the last thing I want to go to my doctor for because he will want to run a hormone test and yea that can't happen and I have my reasons...Thanks for anyone's input and for helping! Also I know there's going to be a few knuckle heads that are going to say get your bloods done. That is in the process, I'll have those within the next few days.

I tend to get pimples after I trim/shave my face, and a small amount of organic cold pressed argan oil has pretty much eliminated that problem.
mrmaxmaxwellThe rubbing alcohol is probably screwing you up by over drying. I was dealing with the same crap for so long trying different soaps, etc. Here is the protocol that has helped me:
-Shower 2x per day minimum (when you wake up and goto bed)
-Tea tree oil soap
-Tea tree oil spot treatment on pimples
-MOISTURIZE after every shower, this is KEY!!!!! If you don't moisturize your skin will start producing more oil because its too dry, most likely what its doing to you now because of the alcohol.
-Change bed spreads every few days
-Gallon of water per day minimum
cut out sugar as much as possible
Retinol cream is the moisturizer I am using now to help with old acne spots
Hope this helps bro!
kipprI don't know how you're getting on with this but I tried EVERYTHING with little or no effect. Great big cysts bleeding everywhere...
Eventually I tried accutane on cycle. Completely gone in a month using only 20mg a day. Now I just use 20mg EOD and it's kept it away completely.
I got dry lips and eyes on a couple of occasions but that's it.
FR sent.

You don't want to be too dry or too abrasive as this can make acne worse.
I would ditch the rubbing alcohol.
I use OTC salycylic acid wash in the morning and a triclosan at night. I also lotion the affected areas after a hot shower. It has helped quite a bit.
Thanks buddy. I did drop the rubbing alcohol.
ArmedI use a 10% benzoyl peroxide wash (over the counter at CVS) and prescription tretinoin cream. I know you can't get a script but try the wash at least.
I've got this and something else. I've been using both and has been working to some degree. Thanks buddy.
Tommygunn1980Panoxyl soap works for me
It's hard for me to reach my back as it is with a back scrubber lol... I will give it a try though brother, it couldn't hurt.
First step is getting bloods done to see where your estro is. High estro and fluctuations in your hormones will cause acne. You need to be on a good AI and keep your levels stable. Otherwise your fighting a losing battle (as you have found out). A good AI is your best friend against aas acne.
That's what I was thinking it was an AI problem...I'll have to by some pharm grade products from now on.
letsgettropicalBalkan Anastrozol is just as good as Pharma grade. If you buy the 1 mg tabs and just split them in half. .5mg EOD has solved all of my estrogen related side affects.
Rubbing alcohol is gonna dry you out too much. Grab some alcohol free toner. Neutrogena has a good one in a blue bottle. Get some of those cotton squares that are flat but have an exfoliating side to them. Only do it once a day. Preferably at night or after your post workout shower. Kitikiti might have a product for the body. Amazon it. Their scalp treatment is AMAZING. I use it up to 2 x a day. It has sulfur in it so you might smell like matches haha
Oh I forgot, grab an extruder for the whiteheads. Target or cvs sells them. Be gentle and just extrude them and rub with toner.
