AAS mistakes and learning lessons

ad

Hey everyone,

I apologize if this has been done before but I figured it might be nice for some of the people new to using AAS or people who are doing research to decide if they want to try it if some of us share some of the mistakes we made early on that we wished we hadn’t made. Maybe it’s something you were doing horribly wrong, bad advice, or whatever you might think would be helpful to others. I figure if we share these things then maybe we can help someone else not make the same mistakes we did.

For me, I know I made a lot of mistakes early on simply due to my lack of knowledge, bad advice from people who I thought knew their shit, and pure immaturity. I was only 16 when I first started taking Andro. I had no business getting into anything at this age. Very very stupid! I was 18 when I started my first real cycle of injections and orals. Again, too young and very stupid. I was getting my gear from a guy I knew and he would write out my stacks for me. I never knew anything about getting bloodwork done, how these substances worked, or how to even properly do a cycle. The guy that was “helping” me never even mentioned PCT or anything like that so I never did it.

I’m not blaming the guy who “helped” me, as I’m fully aware that I’m to blame for this, but it just goes to show you how important it is to make smart decisions for yourself. At the time, I wasn’t aware of any online forums or resources for learning and talking to others about steroids. So I learned what I could from the guy that was helping me. It was honestly just not a fun experience back then because I felt very alone with my AAS use. There wasn’t anyone I could really trust to talk about this stuff with.

Flash forward to now: I took about 10 years off from using steroids (remained active and in the gym tho) and really started to do my research and learn everything I could before I started again after a long hiatus. Fortunately, i didn’t cause any long term permanent damage from my early usage and I simply chalk that up to dumb luck. I am now really knowledgeable about the substances that I choose to use, I get routine bloodwork done before during and after a cycle, and I definitely do PCT now. My biggest advice I could give a newbie is to only get into this if you are willing to put in the work and do it ALL the way. Don’t take shortcuts on research, bloodwork, or PCT. If you can’t afford to do steroids the right way then just don’t do them. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen guys take shortcuts on PCT and bloodwork just so they could buy more gear. I hope this helps and I hope others have some good examples of mistakes that others can learn from. After all, we are all here to try and help others.

First cycle by the book. No issue

Second cycle by the book. No issue

Third cycle went crazy on every compound on earth. I wish I had just stayed with the basics like before. My bloods went bonkers

All other cycles I should have been Eating and then eating again and eating some more.

Also I prolly wasted a cycle not training hard enough

Never leave a vial on the edge of a table or shelf and expect it not wanting to take a dive ( vials break too)

My gear bro buddies had me all twisted...

first and second cycle::: gym bro:: test/deca with no pct or caber on hand.
Third cycle:::bb bro::: test/deca/tren/var/prov all at one time.. had adex but didn't know wtf that is..

Never know a proper PCT, bloodwork, ai's, prostate care, organ care, or the power of food until I became a member here..

Thank you to eroids and all the guys who set me straight.

My simple advice first and allways first.. Food! People overlook this too much.

Eat to grow, food is more powerful then any drug! Spoken by the late rich.

Real work and grind is prepping cooking timeing eating, planning and discipline.

I totally agree! Time and effort in the gym and drugs only get you so far. If your nutrition is shit, that’s how you will look. Having a solid nutrition plan before, during, and after your gear is very important.

Absolutely....gains are made in the kitchen and recovery....especially during pct so those are THE most important part of a cycle IMO...

Thumbs up dude, overlooked pct in the past. Training if not harder, keeping diet on point during my current pct. Food food food, this is the most disciplined part.

He spoke alot of truth, love or hate him. He was honest and that will be missed alot. Miss new content, but allways motivated with what he left us.
