+ 3 A little help witrh HCG reconstitution plz
ad
Ok I am a little tired and don't want to make a simple math mistake.
I have 5000iu vial. It's a little tiny vial like the once peptides come in. probably 2 or 3mls it can hold.
Everywhere I look online it says add 5ml bac water so that 50 units is 500IU. Well How about if I add 1 or 2 ml then how many units would be a 250iu dose?
My slin pins are 100unit but its 1/2 cc which would be 50units right?

I know its old. But I've been asking
Same question only thing is I did hcg before but not with slin pin plus
I was over thinking it I guess even when I researched still wanted somebody to responed not just read post but thanks for thread
http://www.eroids.com/forum/hgh-peptides/peptides/how-to-reconstitute-hc...
if u put 2 ml in there then 2500ius per 1 cc , 1 cc = 10 x 250iu therefore .1 cc is 250iu. but i dont know how ur gunna get exactly 1/10 of a cc
that's easy...every 10 mark on a 100U(or 50U) slin pin is .1cc (100U pins are 1CC/mL and 50U pins are 1/2CC/mL)
SO...a reconstituted hcg 5000IU vial with 2mL's, when you draw out of the vial to the first 10 mark, you got 250IU's...DONE!!
Yeah that's where I'm at. lol got it thanks all
AnonThe best thing to do is get a bigger bottle. I have an old 16 iu bottle of humatrope that I use.
I squirt one ml of bac in to the hcg to recon, then suck it out and put it in the bigger bottle with 4 more ml. Having 5 ml to 5000 ius is really the best way, then each 10 units on your slin pin is 100 ius.
Obviously if you just cant do it this way, 2.5 ml of bac water will give 200 ius at the 10 mark.
zewiYoutube.
Anoni would determine how much you're comfortable with injecting each time. since you should be splitting 500iu a week (250 m/t), you gotta ask yourself if you're gonna go IM or sub-q. IM can take greater volume of liquid than sub-q. personally, i'd prefer sub-q cuz i'm too much of a pussy and don't like water-based IM injections.
sub-q: figure out how much you want to inject volume wise for each 250iu shot. there are a total of 20 250iu injections in a 5000iu concentration at a volume of 1ml (5000/250=20). so this means a total of 5 units on the slin barrel, which may be difficult to gauge depending on the markings on the barrel. if you double the liquid volume to 2ml, you're looking at 10 units per 250iu, 3ml would be 15 units, and so on. therefore, every ml of bac water added to the 5000iu vial translates to 5 units per 250iu in the slin pin
Thanks for breaking it down. I'll add 2ml then. It doesnt matter to me about the injections i just want to be accurate since the lines on the syringe are small
AnonA loo of opinions an techniques out there. What matters most IMO is that the doses are right. Then it's a matter of what works for you
HCG usually comes as 5,000iu.
If you were to use 1ml to dilute this, you’d have 5,000iu/ml
If you were to use 2ml to dilute this, you’d have 2,500iu/ml
If you were to use 5ml to dilute this, you’d have 1,000iu/ml
HCG also comes as 2,500iu
If you were to use 1ml to dilute this, you’d have 2,500iu/ml
If you were to use 2 ml to dilute this, you’d have 1,250iu/ml
HCG also comes as 10,000iu
If you were to use 1ml to dilute, you’d have 10,000iu/ml
If you were to use 5ml to dilute, you’d have 2,000iu/ml
There are also 11,000iu batches
If you were to use 1ml to dilute, you’d have 11,000iu/ml
If you were to use 5ml to dilute, you’d have 2,200iu/ml
To find the iu/ml for a different number, take the total iu of HCG and divide by the number of ml you plan to dilute it with (for example, 5,000iu/2ml=2,500iu/ml)
The more you dilute it, the more accurate your dosage will be. For example, using 2,500iu/ml, if you were to inject 500iu there could be measuring error. Let’s say the margin of error is +/- .05cc. You could be injecting between 375iu and 625iu. Now, taking the 1,000iu/ml dosage, the +/-.05cc margin of error is lower (also using a dose of 500iu). The dose would be somewhere between 450iu and 550iu.
At 1,000iu/ml, .5cc is 500iu, .2cc is 200iu, and .25cc is 250iu.
At 2,200iu/ml, .5cc is 1,100iu, .2cc is 440iu, and .25 is 550iu.
To find the number of iu in any increment, take the iu/ml number and multiply it by the cc you want (for example, 1,000iu/ml*.5cc=500iu).
If you want to take a certain iu, divide the number of iu by the iu/ml to find out how many cc you need (for example, if you want 500iu and you have a dose at 2,000iu/ml, 500iu/2,000iu/ml=.25ml)
Using HCG
HCG should be stored in a refrigerator immediately after reconstitution. It can last about 4 weeks or so. Swirl it gently before injecting but handle it carefully. Letting HCG go to room temperature after it has been chilled can damage it. If this happens, it is safer to throw it away and start over. When reconstituting, the reconstitution liquid should not be directly shot at the HCG biscuit but rather run down the side of the vial. The HCG amp gets broken and diluted with a little water. Then you draw it out into a slin pin and shot the water down the side of the vial. Add more water if desired. It is best to used a new, sealed, sterile vial for reconstitution. HCG can be shot either in a muscle (IM) or subcutaneously (sub-q). It is more common to shoot HCG sub-q to avoid scar tissue in the muscle. HCG is typically shot with an insulin pin to minimize pain. A typical 25-30g pin with a .5cc barrel (or as small as you can get) is recommend (a smaller barrel minimizes the margin of error). A sub-q injection is typically done in the abdominal region by pinching a layer of fat and injection the HCG between the fat and muscle.
found that for you..
Anoncan't get much more simple than that
Thanks. So my mini fridge died the other day, will it be okay at room temp? Also it says it will only last 4 weeks is that true or is that only for amps?
yea i believe about 4 weeks with bac water.. a little less if not refridged
