rules on responding to a reply to a review?

I left a review about a source and am unsure if you can respond to there reply, is there away to PM a MOD to ask what the options are in replying if any or asking general questions ,the contact option doesn't seem to work?

You work out you issues in PM with the source and if you can not come to an understanding you can hash it out in his SI page. (Ask and Discuss)
You do not use the review page for a lengthy tit-for-tat argument.
Understood, I wasn't sure so I didn't leave a comment after they come back to explain there version of events , thanks for getting back.
