Hi my lab has been added to your site by a customer. We are only a small lab - but I'd quite like to be associated with the account so I can help out any of our customers - and resolve any issues. I've also had customers tell me they have been unable to rate our products with stars. But I'm not losing sleep over this.

How do I go about doing this? Is there someone to contact?

Also our website is more properly the retail arm of the business - and we do sell on it. So I'd like to have it as a source rather than just a lab. We deal with trade - but generally not through that website.

If anyone could help me with this I'd be grateful.
