How do I vote for a favorite source.

I wanted to write a review on a source. Up top it said write a review before you vote. After I wrote my review I noticed I was unable to vote. What am I missing here. Do I need a specific karma number to vote or something? Not sure
thanks in advance for helping me figure out this forum a bit more.

bigmurphI don't think that you need a certain amount of karma to vote i may be wrong but after you write your review you should be able to fill in the stars above for that site
I can click the stars but my selection is only colored in wile I click on it as soon as a I move away from the star it goes back to the same way as before?
