I posted a review for product that did not show. Finally the vendor shipped out replacement product and I would like to take down the never received. I tried to post an updated review and it was removed and I lost karma points, which I think was really uncalled for when I stated in the review why it was posted. I should have been contacted and told how to deal with this. I am trying to be a responsible member and post factual information for other members and that kind of response just makes you not want to get involved. I don't think that is really the spirit of the site. I think the site is to help one another and keep one another from buying bunk or getting ripped off. When you make people feel they did something to cause bad Karma it only makes them not want to help in the future. Please let me know how to remove my review or revise it. I was also on the mobile app so maybe I will find something different on the site here.
