Cloudflare causing failures with connecting to your supplier sites?

Hi All,

I wanted to ask if anyone else is having issues connecting to their supplier sites? Clicking on the URL from the eRoids pge like I always have done now pushes through something called Cloudflare and then fails. I've cleared cache, tried Chrome and Edge, and have been trying for days now. I placed two orders about a week and a half ago... one on CENSORED and the other on REDACTED. I got the "handed over to our carrier" email from CENSORED, and they normally send me a tracking number within 5 days. It's been 9 days now, and no updates from them, so I thought I should hit them up and ask. Only now I can connect to either site. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

Have you asked on the source page? Did you check to see if cloudflare itself was having an issue? And to reiterate, did you ask on the source page?

I know sites can be rough .... I want to ensure you though u got nothing to worry about.... within this process after it was handed to carrier just know it’s in transit ... their site goes down like McDonald’s ice cream machines... it happens haha

But if it makes you feel better you can reach out with an email .... but it’s almost pointless .... one time they gave me a tracking that never worked lol I’m checking it but the label was only created ... I was sitting there like wtf haha ....

5 days 9 days ... it’s normal
