What am I missing? I am trying to submit a touchdown picture and there is no way to browse and select a photo on my phone when I go to submit a picture. Tried desktop version in chrome as well (on my phone still)

+1 for yah buddy, also if you scroll all the way down. You will see Submit in bold letters, and in the column it says pictures. That is where you submit photos.
