If it’s not a tRt doc and he’s not prescribing you anything cool then I wouldn’t give a shit lol. If he’s giving you ketamine drips and xanex and shit then ya don’t fuck that up, but if he’s just a primary for the sake of a having a primary then you can rub your nuts on his chin , it won’t matter. It all depends on how much of your personal shit you want documented on paper. If you want crazy high and crazy low test levels where it’s obvious what your doing on your medical records than don’t do labs there and if you don’t give a shit than go for it

I plan my cycles around my trt docs bi annual bloodwork. I give myself 6-8 weeks from my last on cycle shot before i get his bloods. I order private labs online to check how everything is going when i'm on cycle. My trt doc has made it clear that he has no interest in working with those who are, in his eyes, abusing test and other compounds. So i have no reason to ever share that info with him as i do actually like dealing with the guy.

I am transparent with my doctor and have never had issues. I even have added stuff on the blood work. He never tested for estradiol and now he does. He asked my why he is testing for it and I tell him private blood work showed it being high at one point. He even prescribed me the test. He told me to keep doing whatever I'm doing because everything is looking good. Only thing that has been off at all is my lipids. A tad high. In mid cycle. Test, npp and var. And GH. I get my doctor to do full panel. And get private done on test, estradiol, igf-1.

I schedule based on cycle. I got caught with my pants down due to fertility clinic and my endowments me to get bloods drawn “asap” so they can see if it was a clinical error. I will get blood draw in three weeks after last pin.

I never let my Doc see me too far out of pocket. I only pull bloods with my PCP only when I feel as if my health markers will be in relative order. Basically on a cruise. Although, I do usually score a tad out of range for testosterone. I’m lucky though, my doc thinks it’s awesome and then starts talking about how high cavemen’s testosterone levels must have been or some shit. I go to a private lab for all the crazy bloodwork

The way it works for me is I told my primary care Dr. that I was using an online clinic for TRT treatment so she don't check my testosterone levels because if she seen them when I cycle she would not see me for obvious reasons. She does check all my other blood work every 3 months. For testosterone levels and estrogen levels etc.I use a private lab and that cost me about $115.00. A Dr. will not continue to see you if you have crazy testosterone levels and a messed up lipid profile they could lose their license. This is my opinion only or say my experience with this, I don't won't you to lose your Dr. Good luck to you bro...
