When I am watching my calorie consumption. I eat some string cheese spiced up with some Tony Chacere’s Creole seasoning.
Just enough to keep my stomach satisfied, sometimes it isn’t practical to pound down a shake at work. “ but I do keep a container around just in case”
What do you do?

I like to keep some cool whip in the freezer when I’m looking for a sweet treat. Low cal and taste sooo good In the middle of the night. Couple spoon fulls and back to bed I go.

I can’t eat sugar so low carb protein bars tastes like goat ass “No Homo” so I try to stay away from them.

I snack on all natural almonds & pistachios. A little handful here & there throughout the day at work just to satisfy that craving. I’m also rather excessive at times with all natural peanut butter. I keep my own jar & a spoonful from time to time makes me feel like I’m cheating.
Now, a dessert I have every now & then. I take a banana & cover it all over with natty PB & drizzle fresh honey over it!!! Mmmmm ;)))

Yes my friend, this is great too!! I get a yogurt called carbmaster & with the very low carbs I can add the banana, nut & honey without conviction.lol. I thought I was the only person to add honey to yogurt!!

Potato. Not sweet potatoes, regular old potatoes. One of the healthiest foods on the planet that gets a bad rap because of how it’s traditionally prepared in our culture, with all the sal, grease, sour cream, bacon, and cheese and what not. I just boil it and eat it like an apple.

Egg whites, frozen bananas and blueberries, spinach, almond butter, coconut water and a scoop of protein if you like. Blend that bitch up and slug it down.

When I’m bulking I’ll pound a family size box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch with high protein milk if I need an extra 500 carbs that day.

Fairlife chocolate milk... so good.

Yep I have issues with sugar and fat. Ice cream kills me at night. I think it is my body’s way of telling me to stop.
