Sleepytime Pre bed Shake

Accidentally stumbled upon this the other night when I wanted to have my sleep aid tea before bed but also noticed I needed more protein and fat for the day. Usually I’d do a casein shake and some cottage cheese but I really wanted that tea. Decided screw it I’ll mix it all up.
I steeped my tea (I use kava and sleep time teas) in water as usual but instead of using cottage cheese I did a tbsp of grass fed butter and 2 servings of vanilla casein instead of one.
Turns out it tastes just like a chai tea latte but with 50g protein, 10g healthy fats, and a good night sleep. No sugar or trip to the coffee shop required. Good new flavor of protein to change things up a bit.
