YouShouldGetWha...Soy. I take it but it provides the worst smelling gas (but tbf I think they all make you stinky).
And don’t buy into the lowering your test BS. It doesn’t raise estrogen. It contains a form of estrogen, but its benign. Its like having a handgun and a drawing of a handgun.
Which can you use at a gun range?
Digestive Enzymes with unflavoured isol's or hydro whey
give it a go
Egg whites my dude! Fuck the powders!
Sugar free syrup + egg whites = winning!
Also fairlife milk is lactose free and delicious.
Micro nutrients!
YouShouldGetWha...Do your parps smell eggy?
That sounds fuckin legit
I'm lactose intolerant so i can drink isolate whey, in the past i used to drink the white eggs protein, not tasty as the whey (a little salty) but i don't think you drink it for the taste lol. There are even beef proteins, pea proteins, rice proteins, soy proteins etc my advice is to use eggs proteins or at least the beef one. Don't forget powders are an easy way to assume proteins, but the first one is through food.
Rustyhooker+2 ....nice job!
Thank you mate, just my personal experience
Yup food first! Always ✊️ I never tried whey isolate because I always got so sick with whey even casein got me sick I've tried the beef protien from carnivor which was great. I'll have to check out the egg proteins. I heard soy too much after a while is supposed to raise estrogen levels or something idk it's some bro science I heard a way back lol so I stayed away from it haven't done much research on soy.
RustyhookerMight check if your whey allergy is pure isolate. Theres isolate already premade thats excellent so might check it as a test.
Whey is not just whey. Whey concentrate is used heavily in allegedly whey isolate mixes. However, whey concentrate is heavily laden with lactose. Its the garbage left over during separation. But its cheap so they rake in profit.
If whey isolate is not bothersome, on brand makes a pure isolate and egg blend. It stopped my bloat n gas.
Twinlabs makes liquid aminos.
But in reality, its the meats that any bodybuilding relies on. Meat eggs as you can.
Personally i avoid soy.
