+ 4 GH IGF-1 LR3/DES PEG-MGF / MGF stack

It is completely unlike me to post such an open question on a forum but honestly I have read so many conflicting posts here and on many other forums on how best to stack these peptides and if in fact it is even worthwhile or pointless.

I have plenty of experience with IGF-1 LR3 and DES stacked with GH and with GH/AAS but I am keen to hear from members who have stacked PEG-MGF or just MGF wirh LR3 and/or DES and if it worked and what protocols were used. I’m starting to build a picture here so let’s see if we can get the community involved in the debate and see if we can build some protocols to test in the coming months.

I still haven’t tried it. But I do plan on at some point. I have everything I need I just haven’t had the time. The theory is sound I believe so as long as the peptides are legit and the macros/calories plus stimulus (training) right it should work very well.

Different peptides give different results to individual users. It seems like one that works great for someone does little for another. So, I'll be curious to see what develops here; the protocols and the results!

hgh/igf LR3/mgf-peg
good results. im only using igf des/mgf 4 times a week, at night, before and after a feeder set of 100 reps of curls with just an empty bar. arms stay pumped all day and night.
5ius HGH in gthe morning
30mcg in each bicep PreWO
mgf.5mg in each bicep right after WO

Right so this is what I’ve got planned so far from research done. All comments and suggestions welcome. Remember this is for growth so calories will be high around 4000 with at least 300g of protein:

GH, IGF-1 DES/LR3 Protocol & PEG-MGF protocol

Monday - Training Day
GH 4iu on waking (5.30am) shake 2.5hours later following fasted cardio breakfast at 10.30am
Afternoon shake (2.30pm)
GH 2IU 4.30pm at start of workout
Warm-up then 20mcg IGF-1 DES finish workout take 30mcg of IGF-1 LR3 and Shake 1 hour later 40g fresh pineapple
Dinner 8pm
9.30pm pre bed snack (casein and oats/cereal)
In bed and asleep by 10am

Tuesday - Training Day
Same as above but use only DES (40mcg) 20mcg pre workout and 20mcg post workout so no LR3

Wednesday - Rest Day
500mcg PEG-MGF with morning dose of GH no other GH during the day and only whole foods

Thursday - Training Day
Same as Monday

Friday - Training Day
Same as Monday

Saturday - Training Day
Same as above but use only DES (40mcg) 20mcg pre workout and 20mcg post workout so no LR3

Sunday - Rest Day
500mg PEG-MGF with morning dose of GH no other GH during the day and only whole foods

Going to have to check blood sugar levels throughout this - mainly morning upon waking. I believe there is enough IGF-1 in there to keep this in check for a 4 week cycle of this protocol but if it gets high then will add 1000mg metformin split per day.

TRT - Test E 100mg pw plus Test Prop 50mg ED

I haven’t tried it yet my friend. I know it will 100% work provided the peptides are legit. I’m very confident that the DES/LR3 I have are gtg it’s the PEG MGF that I can’t be sure of. So I went with the most reputable brand I could find. I was hoping to fit it in mid Feb to mid March but this may be too tight for me so may need to wait until April which will be a good finisher for my cycle.

I very nearly bought some PEG-MGF myself buddy but held back as seen as I am yet to even run IGF1 LR3. Does the IGF1 make you feel tired at all? I am really trying to avoid any compounds now that make me feel lethargic or demotivated at all as I've found training during the summer heat and hayfever pollen season very tough this year...:(

definitely try it. DES ive never had a side effect. With LR3 I loose my appetite a little

No lerhergy on IGF-1 LR3 / DES mate as long as the carbs are there post workout and about an hour later. It’s awesome stuff if it’s legit.

Frankly I know nothing about MGF and I’m hoping we’ve got a resident expert who could shed some light on it. Too many conflicting reports I’ve read online. Many saying it does nothing. Some saying as part of some EXTREME protocols it has a place in producing some freaky changes. I’m talking all kinds of taboo in conjunction.

My issues exactly. But I believe there may be a protocol that allows effective timing of IGF-1 LR3/DES and PEG-MGF on different training days without needing to go all taboo on it as well. As I said I’m building a picture but need more info and if I can figure out a protocol I’ll post it and give it a try on. I thing more than trt test e, 50mg prop ed and 4iu GH. I’m researching but need help - real world experience here.
