Just something for you to think about when your doing your workouts.
30lb Dumbells, Flat Bench, 3 sets of 12 reps, pretty easy. I'll go up to 35s next time!
8 weeks left, I'll post updated Caliper measurements with GorillaFit this weekend.

Should have seen her last night. Got her to try Forward Squats to get deeper. Second set and she had the form down. We'll try a Clean grip next time and see if its more comfortable!
Anonmr fit is lucky to have a strong woman that shares this kinda love... this is the only way to live... make what god gave us look as good as possible... looking goood +1

You should see us in the gym, I been nursing these tendons along, she's been DB curling the same weight as me. I tell her slow down she'll embarrass me, her response is "Deal with it!"
