I be been completely off for 3 months now! With the exception of growth at 4 iu per day! I’ve been doing what I would consider light lifting and lots of cardiovascular work ie running and biking. All that lifting had me so tight! That will stop some of my mass had been taken w that! So My plan is to add some muscle thickness while getting a shredded as much possible!
