Description

I will be competing in a bodybuilding show in April so I am trying to put on as much mass as possible! I am running Tren E, Test E, and D bol as a kicker for the first 3.5 weeks of a 15 long cycle.

And this ebc cycle will continue until the show is over on April 5 so I won't be off cycle. I do have a lot of questions on whether I should switch to short esters for contest prep, or should I make sure I'm peaking on cycle during contest day, etc? I'm probably entering the open light heavy class at 198. I'm 215 now. Last time I dropped water I lost a good 5 pounds but with the AAS now idk what my body will do. Even though I've been dieting for a few weeks now my weight had still been increasing.

PM me your detail cycle, how long you been on each chemical, how many times you ran that chem, when is EBC compared to show. Cuz if you are on bulking cycle still and wanna swap mid cycle that's not really a good idea. And as for your water retention, if your on gear your holding more water then being clean, the type of gear matter a great deal. Like tren you gain really leans muscle very little water. That's why it can be used in both cycles. Cut it causes great gains veins pop out, you live to work out very little water retention with good diet. But the sides are like. One other lol. It's the ying yang effect going on lol. Still if I could take blood out and put tren a in place from a continuous tren pup I would don't care how bad sides are. But that's just me. But I'm not done I'm not fucking me receptors up. With all gear you gotta cycle off if 12 weeks is good, that don't mean 15 is better it will stop working and make it where your body doesn't get full effects even after pct. it's important to understand your endocrine system. It's the most powerful part of your body IMO hormones are not a joke, you can't have great sex drive, then no sex drive and ED or while pct in in full swing, you don't get mad as much but you sure are tired wanting sweets and everyone is being mean and hurting your feelings. You may even wanna watch lifetime lmfao (I hate pct so bad) it's he closest a man will get to have PMS you are taking female fertility pills. And to make it easy to understand it freaks your body out with an excise amount of estrogen (the thing with don't won't) but with the newly depleted test levels from being off cycle the right amount of time. You body says holly shit what happen to all may test, I have to make more to get estrogen out. That starts your natural test production again. The goal is to do everything right and lose as less test level as possible after all is said and done. That is how you maintain your gains. You see people deflate like someone popped a ballon. After cycle ends, the used water retention type gear then didn't pct right or at all. So it was all a waste. 90% gain just went down the toilet. So dumb.....let's see what else, Adrenaline the strong chemical on earth can make women pick up cars, serotonin and dopamine what makes you happy, fuck up and nothing makes you happy. Not even sex....ask any lost time meth user. There body will completely stop producing serotonin, so that's why here will still kill or make straight meth users suck a dick for some meth cuz, nothing on earth bring it back but meth after prolonged us. Constant use stops dopamine, meaning even if you had serotonin to make some like sex desirable it wouldn't feel good with out dopamine. So it's what makes stuff feel good. Not something to cuz with help thyroids control body digestion and metabolism. So we fuck that us and it changes the calorie in take we can have, or what you can even digest swear glands even one that help interrupt what's dangers so you could not know something could hurt you that you should. Long story short, I believe gear taken the right way, the way pros say take it can be safe. But someone getting gear from someone and not having a clue what there doing can fuck you up for life. The person could get lucky, or be a genetic freak and it not effect them. But look at the risk. Like is someone sold there friend tren a the friend didn't know better and just wanted the ACME roadrunner steroid kit. You know where the coyote takes shot and turns into the hulk in 10sec that's what some young guys think damn near. But he takes the the guy who sold it to him said this it best gear you can get be careful, but it works faster then almost all other gear. Don't take to much. Well the dumbass kick prob takes normal amount first shot, but dose wanna do every day shot so 2 or 3 days later he says I'll just do bigger shot so I only gotta to it 1 time a week draws up 5-7 times the size he should take at max. Then guess what it's been close to a week now, sides with kick in from high doses for sure. Now what happens if he got the really really bad insomnia and severe breaks outs, depression suicide and uncontrollable aggression. Blood pressure prop. None of this would been unbearable if he had taken the beginner dose, but now he could fuck him self up. Or he try meth not thinking about the effect now maybe cardiac arrest. Or wits he gets tren e and the sides later a week or 2. Situations like this is why gear has a bad rap, taken buy someone that understand what it does and how it works, it can be safe. Sorry I rambled again lol. But PM me so I don't piss everyone on here off with this lost post lol. PM me so I know detai information to try and guide you in this tricky cycle (even if you was meaning your on your cutting now, doing 2 shows in one cycle is tricky and hard to be done just right to not lose gains, be warned, it's not good on your body lol

Hey!! You don't have to be sorry about the long post after all the reason I'm on the site is too get my hands on as much information as I can! This will be my third show but it is my first show using AAS. I came in 3rd back when I was a teen and came in 2nd in a novice light weight class. Back then I was doing them for fun but this time me and my gf are trying to take it to the pros. Believe me I understand what the diets are like and were 9 weeks out now but yes there is always more to learn and I always suspected the pros new tricks that I would never understand but someday hope to learn. I ONLY compare myself to the professionals that's what keeps me improving. I don't post pictures of myself on fb or Instagram because getting "likes" from people who don't know what it takes to be actually impressive like the pros means nothing to me. That's where a lot of competitors mess up IMO they post pictures and get false ego boosts from people who don't know any better and then they get wrecked on stage when someone who actually does it for the passion and NOT the attention shows up. I never think I'm the shit at the gym because I know compared to phil heath, lee priest, Coleman, and cutler I'm complete garbage and that's what keeps my mind constantly molding my body Into what I perceive is the perfect body. I feel the only way to get better at dieting is to keep doing shows and reading and learning what other people have done and trying it out for yourself. It's trial and error.

Glaid to help out, I'm here to help, I have tried to meaning time with gym rats around here that lessen to what I have to say then always turn it back to some dumb ass point of view they have. I waste 30mins-1hr giving very detailed info, because I love talking about it. But then after I go into all what I said and more they go back to so what's the Best "juice" to get big like you are. I wanna scream at them. Or the gold goose of clich├ęs "so how much you bench" I wanna push people for saying that. Like that is the end all be all of bodybuilding. Never squat or leg press or anything, sometimes after how much you bench they may say what about curls. Lol I lie and say 900lbs bench if I'm in the gym that let's them know I'm lying and they will walk away. If someone asks in the store I say I don't work out, havnt since PE in high school lol. But until I put forum up if you PM me your cycle, diet overview, work out and or work out overview I can see what you got going on and help throw in a couple tricks. If there is anything you would like to find out. I'm not a pro, but I'm gonna be, I'm make improvement every year, never back track, that's the key if you ask me. I had to overcome some fucked up genetics, so it took a min lol. I was looking to always have unbelievable strength that's why I got HULK as a nickname way before I started lifting. My test level are out this world 1226 or something like that. With no gear, pic is on profile. 249- 849 is the range and I'm 1,226 or alittle more. Lol but when I first started leftinh no matter what I did I didn't change after my first big change that's everyone gets when they start, the easy muscle gain. But I hit a wall for like 2 years until I found out more about how the body works and found out it's smarter then you are. When you work out hard you break muscle down, well to much and your body defends the changes It adapes to survive so you gotta always keep it guessing . Not just more weight less weight more reps less reps. But intensity, weight, momentum, drop sets super sets tri sets, rest time set amount what body parts worked together, what days you rest after(so the same body part don't always get the a rest day before it, the order you do the exercises (like bench before flys) my 2 pro BB explained this and now I'm almost a physical therapist I understand how the body works on a cellular level. The told me to change it up completly every 3-4 months not anymore then that, that will hurt gains. It's a science to it. It's not bodybuilding anymore, that's Arnold day it's body science now. Being dumb and just moving weights around not not why your doing it, will only get you to a certain point then BAM platou! We all know these guys in the gym day in day out come in to work out, the got the motavation to be in the gym, most of them bug is real BB and wanna talk and talk and mostly football. Because there not watching heart rate or rest 1. time. They will do a set and talk for 15mims. 6 weeks out from show I put head phones and and won't make eye contact, I'm not there for socal hour. I got shit too do. Off session when I rest 3min between some sets I'll talk, but 6 weeks out little to no rest between sets and 1 min between exercise change. And if it's a multi body part day 2mins between body part changes. And let them walk over and chane pin or weight when I'm in superset. I'll throw the weight across the gym and act like there not standing there. It's gym edict. Me you or anybody can tell if someone is uses something. But there so preoccupied talked espn to some over kinda big but high high bf guy getting ready to do there MONDAY Chest day, and never even looking at the cardio mechines. Where they should be anyway. It boils down to one simply fact. There are a bunch of different type people in a gym, but only 2 classes there is the people who work out for being in the gym, the social people or the scream for ten mins to get everyone to look there about to lift something really heavy. Then finally start there set and do 1-5 reps well 1/4 reps not even coming close to braking and plan that will fully take weight of the join and engage the muscle. The bring it down 2-5 inch max a couple times scream and then roll sideways off the bench because god knows they can't do a set up. I spotted one guy with 405 on there he can do it 8 times his way I told him I'll give you $100 if you can do 375 once. The right way. Needless to say the weight didn't even slow down once he broke that plan. And I got a hell out a bicep pump picking it up lol.but anyways that's class one people who talk and scream to get attention because outside the gym unless they bring up lifting nobody going act like there shit, and ask them crap. Then there us people that hardly every put over 80% of what they think there max is. Hell I shit you not I get my biceps so pumps with no rest drop set super ant trim sets I am over there curlin 7.5 green girl weights even 5 pink plastic weights if the pump is that good. But did more reps in that 1 or 1-2 then they do a month. (That's only in leaning phase) when I said change it up every 3-4 months there is a forma to making sure you trip body but it's always rigger reps lest weight closer to show. But when I leave gym that's when I get my time to shine, the last month before show, 5 plus times a day people ask what I'm on or where I lift or do I play a pro sport. So our glory is in the fact everybody looks at us like we are a page walking out muscle mag lol. But I'm sure you know about 2 weeks out you don't give a shit, you don't wanna talk to anyone. You can barely even blink from no craps, please you have no memory to explain shit to them lol. And the gear is in full effect, (if it's tren a (it should be lol) you will be even more sleepy cuz you can't sleep even when you are sleepy, and OMG are you hot, I mean no shirt and shorts in February barefoot still hot. So you could give a fuck about anything they say, all I could think about is cherry pop tart. I don't even like them, but I are a hole big box backstage after the show that this other BB had extra I offered him $100 but he jus gave it to me and are the cake the set out. But the simple carb high content was all I thought about last 2 weeks I dreamed about it. I swear. Arnold's was M&Ms everybody got one lol

I made it up after coming in second to a guy that was born with only one arm I mean no shoulder or nothing how he worked that sides pec I have no idea he could push, his chest was built great even the side missing the arm. I'll be honest I was a big hater at first, then I thought about it. He was built better in every part of his body he had, and as much time as BB spend in the mirror, for him to look at that missing arm and not let that slow him down it's incredible. It's not his fault I didn't set my game up like he did, I learned you never know what you are up against until day of show, so like I said on other post compete with yourself, I act like the guy in the mirror is the competitor, and I stead time looking hard and what false the mirror guy has, and try to capitalize on it and out do him. There for I'll be better the the guy that is 4 week out in the mirror. Because I have seen what he was about and gonna one up him. (Him being me, if it didn't make since) doing this makes it where you don't get complacent and think you are making gains that will win show, it makes it where you can't make yourself think there is someone just as built as you, you gotta one up him. I know it's dumb, but it's crazy how well it works, because when you on a cycle and it's good gear your ego gets out of control, and this helps ground you back on earth. I also right down anything I can think of I was thinking that day, cuz it may seem normal to you but if you go back in about a week and read it you will be like WTF is wrong with me, and I read all of it again on off cycle, then you get a good idea that yes, it can't fuck with your thinking, (it can happen to you) lol I was blow away after reading it again off cycle. I found out when your friends a family tell you your acting different and that don't know you on cycle. Guess what 99% of the time you are. You just can't see it cuz your in that crazy testosterone state of mind. Lol

Looking great, but I have a question you are competing in april? You are done bulking right? Cuz you have to have time to cycle off and unless you going natural you going starting your LEANING cycle, diet work out routine. So if you was competing last day in April that's 3 months at most. If you are on bulking cycle or still pcting you problem they your timing off. I don't know if this is your first show or not, but timing is the second most important thing. Only thing more important is diet and water intake. Doing that wrong can't completely mess up your full season of work. You do any of them three wrong and you will look soft and smooth on stage. Competing is nothing like just working out being a gym rat. I mean apples and oranges different. I have a couple pro BB coach me, so I know the trips, and in my opinion it's next to impossible to place in first show with out having help. There's trips you wouldn't think of in a million years, that make all the difference in the word. It's an art forum to get below 4% bf your body knows it can be deadly and will do everything it can to save itself, (your body doesn't care how pretty you are, it knows you are not burning just opposed tissue (fat under the skin) you are burn the fat your body needs around your organs (essential fat) you time it wrong and you can shut body down, if you are below 4% longer then 4 days or you don't make it to there and you look round, and can't lose the weight to make your weight class. And have to let your body become catabolic (worst thing anyone on here wants happening) and lose that hard earned gains. Or time water wrong and diuretics and flex out on stage, or have stroke or die. Potassium isn't something to fuck with, I'm not going to go into the diet or cycle had what a shitty 6 weeks you are going to have the last week, you will have to have someone help you do normal shit. Go to me contest pic and read comments I made there about all that. I'm about to make couple new forums, one about contest diet, one about putting calling the leaning cycle a (cutting) cycle and how that can confuse nebees and make them think the gear will just cut the fat away, one about contest prep the different stages, and one about work out routine, and how your body is smarter then you. God blessed me with all the help in the world. I think it's time I give back, and what better place then on here helping hulk nation. It will take awhile on these forums, I'm a detail person and I'm busy lol I'm going to share all I know, cuz only 1% of people on earth has what it takes to really commit to this way of life. I was in marine recon (just as hard training as the well know navy seals and that wasn't anything in comparison to going all out for a contest. Anyone can compete but you know every time you cheated on diet, got fucked up or missed one single rep when you hit that stage day near nude. Until you do it, you won't understand how you know and reminder instantly the times you didn't Put out, or HULK UP as I say. You may think your the shit in the gym, cuz more the likely you are, but they probably are not competing. So don't compare yourself to the gym rats. Because like on the documentary "pumping iron" says for every rip you do think your competitor could be doing one more. You jaw to compete with yourself, cuz this sort isn't football where you can go watch videos of the other team, for the most part you are goin in blind. And if your not ready, before you get on that stage infront of 100s or 1000 people. You will walk out. Even after you paid money and spent all that time. I saw 2 do it first show. If this doesn't apply to you doing jump down my throat. If you have done this before, I'm sorry no harm meant. This is also for people to know I'm here to help, my karma is low only because I havnt used this much. I hope to boost it big time after this forums. I really wanna help anyone that wants to get into this amazing sport. The best sport on earth. If you place or come in first, it is 100% you not a team, or fast car like nascar. From top to body it's you that won. (Don't say golf is too, I'll vomit that's not a sport, if you can drink beer and play not a sort lol) I didn't mean for this to be this long I'm sorry. Anyone reading this pm me for questions. I could go way way more detailed. But I know y'all roid raged readers are pissed I wrote this long of a post. But anyways, if this is your first show you have a really good foundation, I wouldn't worry about getting any bigger this season it's so close to show time. Just pic the weight class you are to heavy to be in but know you can cutt down too, so you will be a big middle weight instead of a small light heavy weight. Then if you place work at competing one weight class up in novice still. When you do that move up to open, then national or junior depending on what the score cards say. The get your IFBB pro card. But. It's marathon not a sprint, you are plenty big for first show the hard part is getting water and opposed tissue gone, until you look like someone pulled your skin off and you are a anatomically perfect model of the human body's muscles. Then and only then should you take the stage. Last think learn posing. You need to pose for 15-25mins a day starting now, watching YouTube videos unless you know a competitive BB and they can should you. It is like 20% of your final score. WATCH PUMPING IRON, Arnold took bailey to help with transitioning fluently he new how to hid his much smaller left bicep. Remember a full year (in my case so people do 2 shows a year, I think it messes up overal gains) but anyway 6 month or year is all coming down to one day 2 shows that day morning and night total of 5-10 mins stage time. This sport isn't about training so you do good come game day, no no this sport if you didn't train right and focus all this shit there really isn't a point in showing up game day. In other sport you could get lucky or rely on pure good giving talent. Not here buddy, you are taking what god planned for your body and nucing it with GAMMA radiation to try and then into the real HULK that's the name of this game. (My nickname has been hulk most my life, it's ironic I now use hulkbody to help with my passion. Lmfao on my pic I think you can see hulk half sleeve left arm. Had it for 10 years, so I've been a hulkhead since before banner even opened :) Thanks again hulk nation.

Like the other guy mentioned I'd get rid of the body hair, I personally use Nair for hair removal, I find it way quicker and easier than shaving.
