havent worked out consistently in the gym in a 3 1/2 years since HS ive been in the marines now for almost 4 years so obviously ive been active and im in pretty decent miltary shape. im currently deployed and il be hitiing it religously for the next 6 months my goal is by the time i return to the states to be 225 with 10% BF ill conformable doing 2 cycle hile I'm out here any advice.
