+ 16 2013-2014 EBC winter bulker
Okay first let me get this out in the open; I hate the way I look on camera and I'm never satisfied on my current condition. I see so many weak areas when I view what the camera says. Never the less my goal is to put on more volume without getting to crazy with the body fat issue. I'm not sure if I can improve my lower lats within this short amount of time but I will try. So overall mass that will not hinder my cutting preparations that will follow after this EBC bulker.

Finishing notes; Well as I stated earlier "wow it's been a long stretch" and it feels as it has. I had Mr. Murphy on my backside during the duration of this course. But I didn't throw in the towel but had to improvise. So here they are these 7 pics that represents how I look like now. Short of what I expected but nothing to say the least. Quad sweeps were my main issue for the stage and I am a little satisfied of the progress I've made. It's not easy to pack on leg size at my age and father time had his teeth kicked inn every time I stepped under the squat bar. So now it's in the hands of the judges and let the cards fall where they may. I was able to score a real camera this time but hell if the batteries started going dead which is evident in one photo where the flash was running from my bulk, lol.

phil113kglol Thanks. The only thing I regret is that I spent many years pounding day in and day out on the weights and had minor positive results. This time I changed everything around and the gains come faster with better quality. I have much respect for recuperation now verses over training.
