+ 40 100% ANGUS BEEF
END OF EBC UPDATE
It's been a great ride, at one point I had gained 43 pounds and I was looking pretty fat so I changed the diet and dropped the water, I started at 223lbs and finished at 251lbs for a total of 28lbs. I lost some body fat and definitely gained some more muscle. More than anything I am proud of all the people that finished and a special shout out to those that I coerced into doing this, good job guys. And for those that were waiting for it, here comes the surprise:
If I am lucky enough to make it into the top 5 I would like any prizes that I might have won to be split up evenly amongst the 6-10th place spots if Carlos and Tread don't mind. There is really stiff competition so it may not even be a discussion but IF there is then that would be awesome for those spots. Am I rich? No. Do I have a huge stash? No. Actually I don't have any stash but my cycle was completely sponsored by Muta and I feel honored to have received it and also feel it is a prize in and of itself. Thank you all for your motivation and feedback and I wish you all the best of luck.
Beginning of EBC
This is a bulker boys and girls. The goal is to bulk. I was bulking before this came along so I'm carrying some extra BF as it is but I aim to put on a significant amount of weight. I look to put on 30lbs in these 12 weeks with the help of Muta.....He has a game plan, top secret shit I think. I can put on weight just by looking at food so I expect to come in at around 260. The trick is keeping the body fat at a minimum.
I'm going to throw in some extra pics of the damn iPad USA today. Just to make sure there is no question.

That is thousands of dollars worth of gifts that were bestowed upon me, and for me to say I have a claim to the top spots of donation would be pure greed to me. Muta gave me his prize, I gave him that number one spot and showcased all of what his gear can do. I owe another special thanks to empee for the bulk bombs and the caber. but the point is these guys meant business and who am I to ask for more? You guys that bought your gear deserver it more than I do and I hope you get every penny worth.
all I had to do was eat and lift.
Humble is a understatement.
Wow that is awesome. Well done bro. Never heard of tne bulk bombs though.

LiquidzGreat job bud

Ace VenturaAngus! You're a beast, yet a very gracious and generous man. Your legs might be coming along better than you see. You have a bunch of meat to work with in those quads. With some fine tuning I see great potential. Congratulations on the number 1 spot, you deserve it.
Congrats Big A. Impressive after shots. Well deserved win Brutha. Definetly some stiff competition but your hard work and dedication has shown through. You've got much love and respect here and are a HUGE (pun intended) asset to the eRoids community. Much respect.
angusI appreciate your kind words brother, it is stuff like that that keeps me going and motivated.
RustyhookerJust saw that your list gets donated. Hats off to you sir!
angusThank you buddy, I won my prize from Muta with a full-boat scholarship before it started so I had one hell of a winners prize before it started.
Damned impressive!
angusThanks my friend. Those bulkers, they can be strange and rough. One guy puts on a few stones and another guy puts on a lot using the same methods. Genes I guess. My wife says I have good genes but none of them fit anymore.
Bring on the angus beef, holy hell you put some meat around your body. Good job on the bulk.
angusThanks brother, I ended up with my first ever stretch mark as a trophy. It is a testament of rapid growth! Haha.
hey buddy hats off great job wish i could have joined you guys give u a run for the top spot again haha maybe the next one but good job bro!
angusThank you. I actually had no plans to enter this one until I was coerced by a few guys. Peer pressure!
