Test E + Var
Pre: 185lbs. 6'0. 9% BF. Mesomorph.
Goal: +15lbs of lean mass & 9-10% BF. Learn how to pin other sites besides Delts. Learn how my body responds to high Test/Estro without AI.
Diagnosed with hypogonadism at 17, looking to be on TRT within the next year.
Expecting lean mass/strength gains.
Running Test without AI until estro sides begin to show (trying to further my understanding of my body and its reaction to AAS). First cycle I ran an AI so I never learned if I'm gyno prone so this cycle I will figure that out.
Test kicks in around week 4 for me.
I understand Test E = more water retention and Prop would be a better idea but I got the Test E on hand and I need more experience rotating sites. Low sodium diet, AI, and a 2gal daily water intake should reduce bloat/water retention.

- Abs worked EOD or E3D (Depends on energy level / priority).
- I live in the city and dont drive. I walk roughly 2-5 miles a day.
Diet: Around 3,500 cals /day. 1.5+ grams of Protein per lb. Minimal carbs (~150 /day mostly from fruits/whole grain bread). Fats from nuts, olive oil, egg yolks..etc.
I was thinking something along the lines of:
Calorie source -> 50% from protein/25% from carbs/25% from fats
Diet goal is to keep fat low (or to reduce more) while gaining decent amounts of muscle.

Did you get bloods taken post cycle? If so, how was your liver enzymes?
AnonI did get bloods taken actually. My liver enzymes came back within range and so did everything else minus my RBC. Even cholesterol came back normal. I was taking 400mg milk thistle daily while on Var.
Looks pretty good. Try pinning the glutes they are really easy but just make sure you aspiriate (pull back and see if blood comes into the pin). Personally I do a split just like you do but I take a day off after 4. My own choice though.

I'm doing delts and thigh's right now.
Yeah sometimes I take a day off mid-week, I kinda play it by feel.
My biggest concern is whether to continue bulking (currently eatting 4.5cals CLEAN 2g protein per lb) or begin cutting up. Ive passed that point where I no longer blend in with the majority of people (99%). My delts are like soft-balls haha. I get a comment on my size every other day or so. When I get the time I'll take some good pics and see what the eroids community thinks (cut or continue bulk).
That's good, how the heck aren't you flexible enough I'm 6'0 230 and i can do it all you need to do is to be able to put your arm behind your ass standing up. Try it in the mirror.
Yeah it's almost mid summer, personally i'm cutting down but if you're already getting big at a decent rate might as well keep going. It will give you a headstart for the offseason.
Anonhaha its just one of the more tricky/awkward places for me to pin since I gotta use one hand. I pinned my thigh yesterday for the first time (I love those delt shots) and fuuuuuuuuuuuuuck this shit hurts. It was good all day then right before bed it felt like rambo shot a poison tipped arrow into my leg right above my knee cap. It was like 2am and I had to piss and was seriously considering throwing myself to the floor and dragging myself to the bathroom navy seal style haha. Maybe its time to start those glute pins.
Yeah I think I'll just keep bulking. Maybe just throw in some more cardio and see how that treats me. Dont know what to do with all these size M shirts that no longer fit me >:/

AnonIve heard sust & tren are painful but is prop usually painful too? Does it depend on the manufacturer & BA %?
This pain is probably just because I pinned a virgin muscle. Really like the easy access to pinning quads, its nice to have both hands unlike those delt shots.

AnonIm not a roid junkie, this is a very basic cycle. I remember being in highschool and knowing half of the varsity football team and 1/4 of them were running multi-compound cycles and high doses. I dont advertise my age for a reason, I dont encourage other people to copy me. Im all for what your saying, I totally agree. AnonI spent the first 16 years of my life being over-weight. I have wide shoulders and a wide rib cage. I have no issues with changing my body weight as Ive been on adderall for 3 years (kills your appetite like no other) so Ive learned how to eat on a time schedule as opposed to eating when I feel hungry since I no longer feel hunger these days. This picture was taken after I did a cut (natty) so thats why I look so lean. My cut was HIIT training 4 days a week + moderate lifting + cal deficent (& no carbs after 3pm). Usually my BF is around 12-14% while clean bulking. I'd say Im in the middle (ecto-meso) but naturally (off adderall) I would lean towards meso (body fat or muscle is easy gain easy lost).
20yrs old. I live fitness, I'm not just one of these kids trying to get laid, I already got girls. In my circle of friends I am the only one that lifts, my family is obese (although Im helping them all lose weight which I am very proud of). I assure you my intentions are pure. I plan on making a career in fitness/nutrition, fitness is why I wake up every morning, my dreams are what get me off and keep me up at night. I would keep clomid at 50mg for 4 weeks.
Also aromasin is best used Every day, its arimidex that can be dosed eod.
In my opinion keep Anavar dosage at 50mg and add another week.

AnonAlright I upped the clomid dosage to 50mg ED & extended to Anavar another week. I kept the last 2 weeks as 50-60mg as I wanna play around a find my sweet spot. I understand more var doesn't necessarily mean more gains & UGL products are not always dosed as precisely as we'd like to hope :/
Aromasin can go eod.....or third if no issues. Going to run hcg or did you have good recovery last cycle?
AnonLast cycle I was cut short after getting into some trouble and had to PCT in custody so I cant really say. I was 6 weeks into Test E cycle and spent 3 weeks behind bars and slipped into depression. I did of course recover, but between no PCT + depression (also stopped working out / dieting) = I lost my gains.
I want to run Aromasin daily as it has a 27 hour half-life and I want to keep blood levels stable (as possible). Instead of doing EOD or E3D I would just take a lower dosage and take it daily.
Should I run Aromasin though PCT? I've read mixed opinions on this.
Also, has anyone here tried Triptorelin as a PCT? Supposedly a single 100mcg injection is supposed to restore HPTA.. yeah I'm skeptical too.
You're both correct on Ed for aromasin. Misread. Have not tried triptorelin. You can run aromasin to two days pct...will keep estro down.
Understand on first cycle. Been in similar "fun". Ugh.
