Summer powerlifting competition prep cycle

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Ok Iay get a lot of flack for this cycle but I don't give a shit because I've come a long way and I've learned a lot on this forum. I am entering a powerlifting and strong man competition in September and this cycle is gonna prep me for it. I currently weigh 197lns breaking my marked goal of 200lbs. My goal is 185-190lbs very doable while continuing to shrink my waist although it has shrunk drastically. I will be on a calorie deficit diet but I will be eating 200-250mg of protein per day 2/3 food and milk 1/3 shakes and bars.

I am not a power lifter but your diet plan and cycle plan don't seem to fit the goal of a strongman comp...maybe it's just me tho. U said u don't give a shit so I guess run it and see where u end up
