I love Carb Cycling and Fasting cardio. For anyone who is trying to loose some BF this is the way to go. Now i wish i had some HGh tried gettin some from a domestic src but they are 2 VIPz min order :(...... Im saving up or i might go international 1 Hyges
Clen is good for fat lose! I'm using clen and I drunk 2gallon of water a day to keep the sides low! And took some Benadryl at night!

Im workin hard doing cardio fasting 6days a week and hitten the gym light weight high reps and i already lost a inch on my mid section.
I'll do 20mcg first 2days then up to 40mcg a day in 1week then after 1week increase 20mcg then off 2weeks then start with 60mcg to 80mcg then on your last week if you decide to take off. You have to taper down. It's your choice you have to listen to your body how to react on this drugs. Don't ever exceed 120mcg! Good luck! Watch your diet and water and salt!

My input is clen is shit and I will never run it again.I could not drink enough water or take enough potassium to stop cramps on it. Also if you read about it the side effects could be awesome. I gave a shit load of it away.The fat loss you will get from it is small. Eat right and workout hard. You will get the results you want. 1 more thing stop looking for a magic solution. It all about diet and effort. Low dose of test will help but even that is not needed. Also I am all for anything with caffeine in it lol/

Your body gets used to it right away. You have to ramp up as fast as you, tolerate sides, and add benadryl at night to help your body stay sensitive to the compound.

Sounds good if i get to jittery or fucked up some Diphenhydramine HCL(Benadryl)will do the trick to knock me out.
50-75mg at night will help with that also. Its mainly to keep your beta2's from down regulating so fast (this is how you get used to it so quickly). I've used it a few times. The first time was the most impressive. I went a bit high on the doses, rather quickly. I was also using Helios.

As for workouts i saw this guy video and he is following a very similar diet and he said he does 60% of his max weight at high reps of 15-25 reps and he cut super cut look at his before and afters.
