Recomp Cycle

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS
This is a recomp cycle featuring 1-Test. Leading into the cycle I would be crusing on 250mg/wk of Sustanon, 150mg/wk of Deca and 50mgED Proviron (both oils would pyramid up to wk 1 of cycle starting 3wks prior.) Supplementing Aegis Liver Protection as well as Prostate Support.

I have hear that deca and eq is counter preductive in the same cycle...i have no facts to support just speaking up...has anyone heard this? And if so is it different for 1 test?

I think your trying to do to much in 12 weeks. When you could make this a longer cycle. Somthing like this.
Proviron--get more save for a diffrent cycle IMO
1-6 Tbol @ 50mg ED
1-1 1 Test Front load( 1000mg why because by week 4 your blood levels are @ 500 night trying to get to 500--no front load usally takes to week 6-8 weeks before your bloods hit 500--dont wory post coming soon)
2-12 1 Test @ 500mg a week
1-10 Deca @ 400mg a week
1-12 Sust @ 600mg a week 200mg monday 200mg wensday 200mg friday(even though i think 900mg a week would work better in this cycle because of the short and long esters in sut)
1-12 Mast E @ 600mg a week
13-18 NPP @ 75mg EOD
13-18 Test P @ 100mg EOD (i like 150mg better in this cycle)
13-18 Mast p @ 100mg EOD (i like 150mg better in this cycle)
HGH 4iu atleast through the cycle if your going to do if not 24 weeks.
AnonThe cycle is in anticipation that the next EBC will be a 12wk recomp. My Test will be where it needs to be once the cycle begins as I am cruising sust250/wk and have started to pyramid up to 375mg/wk at the moment. The Proviron was to compensate for not frontloading the Masteron. I cut the HGH 2 weeks before to lessen the water for photos

Anoni agree with P on all his points, except the frontload.. i don't necessarily think the frontload is a bad idea, bc it will provide a kick a little sooner. i would consider possibly frontloading the mast e as well, but it would make more sense to me to run that ester the length of your cycle and kick with the mast p. i would up your sustanon or add another ester to make up for what's lacking - you need a 2:1 ration of test to deca. i'm not a fan of throwing npp in the mix. cut the npp and roll with the deca. cut the mast e and run with proviron the length of your cycle and add mast p the last 6-8 weeks leading into pct. up that test to 800-1000 and roll with a prop taper last 4 weeks prior to pct. you could add some var to stack with the mast p. this will give continue to give steady gains but drop the water from the sust. something like this:
wk 1-12: 1-test 500 (frontload is ok for first week)
wk 1-12: sust 1000
wk 1-12: deca 400
wk 1-12: proviron 50 ED
wk 1-8: tbol 50 ED
wk 10-15: mast p 100 EOD
wk 10-15: var 50-75 ED
wk 12-15: test prop 100 EOD
ancillaries look good. you may wanna get some finastride to counter all that dht. run that hgh all the way thru pct. may wanna consider some hcg, unless you're like me and you need the doods to shrink up just to be normal sized.
personally, i think the tbol, sust, 1-test, and mast will give you what you need without the added cost and risk of the deca and caber. also agree with P on extending the cycle length. but that's just my opinion.
Anonlook at my comments above...I am keeping my Test as low as possible while trying to stay hi enough to not allow the deca to fuck me. Cdaddy is under the impression that the 1-test will take up most of the receptors, so the added test would do little. I thought of running anavar at the end, but wanted to avoid running 2 orals (aside from the Prov) and the NPP was to lean everything out at the end in prep for EBC photos

This is a very interesting cycle indeed, but i've got a few queries which i'd appreciate if you could answer:
1)Why front-load the 1-test? (It's a cypionate ester, which will kick in around week 4).
2) Why run deca for 7 weeks? (Deca takes some time kicking in and running it for just 7 weeks won't do it justice imo).
3) Why run mast e for 7 weeks? (much like the enanthate ester which you're running for 12 weeks, the cypionate ester is not much different. Additionally the enanthate ester will kick in around week 4, so imo to maximise your gains you would need to run this compound longer).
4) Why only run proviron for the first 4 weeks (imo you would benefit much more if you ran it throughout your cycle).
5) Why stagger your short-esters' dosages?
I see what you're trying to do here and i think extending the whole cycle length wouldn't be a bad idea to achieve your goals and to get most value for money out of the compounds listed above. In the meantime, i would like you to answer the queries above so i can see your rationale behind this cycle.

2)Thought of running short esters the whole 12wks, but this was the compromise to minimize pinning, and I only anticipate the EBC to be 12wks and a recomp, so bulk is premier along with cutting at the end
3)Thought of frontloading this along with the 1-test, but figured the Proviron would fill the initial void until the Mast kicks in. Still wanting input about the pro/con of running Prov the whole time in spite of having Mast as well
