Current Stats:
Age: 44

Cycle history:
This will be my 5th cycle. I am also on Dr. Prescribed TRT (Axiron)
1st: basic test e
2nd: test e/1-TC
3rd: Test e/EQ
4th: Comp prep cycle

Training:
I incorporate progressive overload in all of my training. This progressive overload correlates with my diet. The calories get bumped up each week and my training intensity also increases to go along with increase in calories. Routines are switched up on a monthly basis when I reset my diets TDEE. These are examples of the types of workouts I will be doing. Take not of how the progressive overload is implemented in these month long training routines.

Goal:
The main goal for this cycle is to put on 15lbs of lean body mass. This additional weight will put my at the top end of my weight class for my next competition. Lofty goal at this stage of my development but If I can get close to that I will be happy. I will still have a few months after this cycle ends to put on some additional before I have to start prepping for the show.

The cycle and Concerns:
Trying to keep this cycle basic and really focus on diet and training.
The cycle will consist of Organon Sustanon 250mg every M/W/F. This is the highest amount of test that I have ran so AI dosage is a concern, espcially with the dbol (first time using dbol). 0.25mg of adex E3D is my sweet spot with 500mg of test but with the additional test this run (with it also being pharma grade) along with the dbol I am going to bump it up to 0.5mg. Will be running pharma AI. This is my first time using dbol so I'll be starting the dbol at 30mg/d. If the sides get out of hand with the dbol (bloat, crippling pumps, etc. it is getting dropped). It may seem strange that the provi is added in only for the last half of cycle. This is my first time running pharma gear so I wanted to see what the effects are of just that by itself. The provi will be added in later to see if I notice anything different with it. TRT will be resumed when cycle is over.

updated log to include the addition of low dose deca and the switch from dbol to adrol and the bump in adex to 0.5mg EOD

Mak when you are a trt person... do you keep running your 100-200mg of trt PLUS the 750 you want to run of sust? I am curious

No, just drop the TRT amount and stick with the blast amount. So if I am running 750mg of sust that is NOT in addition to my TRT dose. That is the TOTAL amount I am taking.

.25mg of Adex EOD is not enough for me to control estro with 750mg of test. Had to bump it up to .5mg EOD instead and that is working now. Up to 195 lbs and just under 9% BF. This is the biggest I have ever been. Should be able to reach 200lbs and under 10% BF without a problem the way things are going. Anything over 200lbs now is going to be a bonus.

Are you holding steady weight wise while the two weeks off the drol or are you yo-yoing?

I have been off of the drol for I think about 10 days now. I have only dropped about 0.5lbs. My bodyfat appears to be dropping though even though I am trying to bulk. I am going to have to get some caliper readings soon because I think I am gaining lean mass but dropping some bodyfat at the same time so my scale weight isn't moving much but I think I am acquiring some lean mass while dropping some bodyfat. I am starting to look much more vascular for some reason so I must be loosing a little bit of fat. I have also gone to 2x/d workouts, which may be shifting my body composition. I need to bump up my cals it looks like to make up for that even though I have dropped all cardio which I thought I could do instead. It is getting hard to eat more. Last time I went to 2x/d workouts I really blew up, so I need to take advantage of that by eating. There appears to be more of a recomp going on right now, which isn't what I am trying to do, so time to buckle down and eat more. I am really excited to see what the drol will do again next week when I start my mini-cycle of it again. Hopefully it will be turning into more of a bulk again with some additional food, drol, and 2x/d workouts.

Another 300 calories and I bet that scale moves. Especially with the drol making another round soon. Your metabolism is probably still ramped from your cut. A few more egg whites, another half a cup of carbs, and a tbs of pb and you got your 300.

I was hoping to come in at the top end of the middleweight, but that would be cool if I could end up in the light heavy. Might be on the bottom end of it but just like before it really shouldn't matter as long as my conditioning is spot on again.

The sust I am using is giving a bit of pip so I am cutting it with 0.3ml of Deca each shot. That totals out to 180mg/wk of Deca. Now I have to record where I pinned because there is absolutely no pip. Should be enough deca to make these old joints feel good but not so much that I have to worry about prolactin issues.

Appetite is finally coming back. Going to start the drol now to see how that goes.

Done with dbol. New plan is to pulse anadrol 2wks on 2wks off throughout cycle. Will start with 50mg/d and see how that goes. Any idea on how long before I get my appetite back? Never had this issue with any of the other orals I have ran.

I was also thinking in my experience the water retention from both dbol and anadrol can cause a full feeling ive used a natural diuretic like dandelion with the consumption of alot of water to help while using these compounds last time i ran anadrol just getting 3 meals seemed hard tell i started cutting some water out

I'll stay off the anadrol also until I get the appetite back. Feeling great otherwise, I just can't eat and the weight is hard to come by.

Did you transition your calories or are we diving right into a full blown bulk? Your stomach may have to adjust.

I transitioned fine. I actually started bulking off cycle for almost 2 months and put on over 25 lbs and was eating like a horse. On cycle now and then after 4-5 days on the dbol I noticed my appetite was waning and I only put on 1.5lbs that week. I upped the dbol to 40mg since I wasn't real happy with only 1.5lbs and I wasn't experiencing and bloat or any severe back pumps etc so I figured I'd up it and like after the next day or so my appetite was literally gone.

You could add ghrp6 to give an appetite increase but i also agree if its making you not hungry can it. you could also go with an injectable oral that way your only putting food on your stomach cause you might get the same issue even with another compound . sometimes orals due that to me no matter what it is cause i have a sensitive stomach

This dbol is really killing my appetite. Anybody else have problems with dbol tanking there appetite. Make it real hard to bulk. It is making me feel good with pumps and everything but I just can't eat. Best damn diet pill I have ever had. Going to have to switch it out for something else I think. Thinking of pulsing Adrol for rest of cycle instead, unless that tanks my appetite also.

I think irongame suffers with appetite suppression on Dbol. Bin it mate, most of the Dbol around us pure crap anyway. I'd run drol 2wks on 2wks off. Shouldn't have the same issue.

I think I am going to have to bin it. You could put a pizza, cheeseburger, sticky buns, whatever in front of me right now and I wouldn't have the slightest interest in eating it. Impossible to bulk effectively when you can't eat.

More important you get the food in right now than a load of water and temporary strength gains.

If this was me I would run dbol 4 on 4 off. Bloods 3 weeks after being off the dbol and if all looks good back on after 4 weeks off, rinse and repeate all cycle. If you have real quality dbol 30mg will be plenty. If you have the crap that dominates the market you're gonna be disapointed at that dose. Also consider eod shots of sust. Vike praised ed and eod sust shots. Eod is my plan for the winter bulk. I've only done it with test e tho, but I trust Vikings advice. If you wanna go the anadrol route go 2 on 2 off. I love dbol but it hates me skin. Gives me terrible acne. I like the addition of proviron at week 8. That's when gains stall for alto of us and I found adding it and that big surge in free test got the gain train going again when food and traijung adjustments weren't enough.

Looks good. Ever considered staggering the dbol? i.e. weeks 1&2, 5&6, 9&10. Very effective for me, keeps me gaining and moving forward on the progressive overload principle.

I have heard that is one of the best ways to run adrol since it saturates the receptors so quick and pulsing it allows for better gains. Probably easier on the liver also to give it periodic breaks. Pulsing dbol may be something to try after I run it cookie cutter style this cycle to see if a notice a difference. The idea of pulsing is nice because you shouldn't really be hitting plateaus with the compound and can basically run the oral for most of your cycle.
