Looking for a lean 15 lbs to finally crack the 200 lb mark.
Fourth cycle, first three were Test E solo @ 250mg, 250mg and 300mg twice a week.

**This will be my first time using both a second compound and HCG and toremifene as part of my cycle and PCT. Any advice/help regarding this run would be appreciated.

Still have not started my cycle...Still trying to dial in the ole diet. I have gotten to 200g of protein with 3200 cals consistently for 5 weeks. I gained 2 pounds over that time, so its still slow going, but I am starting to feel confident I am getting my diet cycle ready. I have decided to put in at least another month before I begin though...Waiting is harder than I thought it'd be.

I'm just wondering since your going for 200 lbs why didn't you choose an oral like dbol to throw into your cycle

Teach me why half the mast, is it the estrogenic content?

You need to be careful with mast,Proviron and ai. This could easily tank your estrogen....I think that could be what rusty is getting at mate

Don't know if Ive employed the bro split, but I have been doing back/bis, chest/tris/shoulders and legs/abs. I am thinking of adding a fourth day for shoulders/abs with one day off a week. Thoughts? Its worked well the last two weeks...

PS- Up to 191.8lbs from 187 since taking advice. You guys may know something after all; doesn't mean I still don't have the itch!

Also, trying to get test prop and mast prop for the lsat 2 weeks before pct. How long after last prop pin should pct begin?

Got diet locked down for 2 weeks, 4000 cals with 220g protein and have put on 3lbs at 191.2lbs. Six more weeks and Ill be ready to begin. Gotta get that diet on point first even though gear is burning a hole in my pocket...ugh.

HA!, you're right, ginger ale is my guilty pleasure. I put on about 20 lbs naturally but plateaued and haven't been able to hit 190lbs.

Hey brother, I'm gonna try and put this as friendly and respectful as possible but frankly that comment about plateauing got me fired up. I trained natural for ten years and still didn't plateau at a lean 235 pounds. Sure, the gains will come slower year by year, I noticed considerable slowdown around the 4-5 year mark, but they will continue. You're hurting yourself to get things you can get on your own without all the damage to your health. You know by now that results are 80-90% food so get that diet in check, shovel down 5,000 cals a day of clean foods with 500 grams of protein, train like an animal and grow that good old fashioned way for a few years. My 2 cents. Good luck to you.

It's not even that. I find just switching things up can get things going. You got your lower/upper 2x a week each split. Have you considered a more traditional split (aka a "bro split")? Do you mostly use dumbells? Maybe switch to barbells for a while and see how your body handles the increased load. Do you use the same rep ranges every time or do you switch it up? Are your calories mostly from shakes or whole foods? Have you tweaked your macros lately? There are many things to experiment with. Just putting it out there.

I am working toward a more traditional split over 6 days. I think I may try that and a bigger diet for a while before going back to the pin.

Brother, I would like to see a little more meat on you before cycling. How light did you start out at? Kind of thinking there should be a little more there after 3 cycles? You are going to have to give me the rundown on your diet (cals, macros) and training. Something seems to be missing. Why mast for a second compound?

Hadn't done a test run since 2014. Started out at 155, I used to stay around that size on purpose for MMA and boxing, but I had a total shoulder reconstruction that ended that. Been lifting again naturally for about 14 months after extensive shoulder rehab and decided it was time to jump back in.

Training is 4x times a week, 2x upper body and 2x lower and abs. My diet is my Achilles heel as I have a hard time getting in more than 3000-3500 calories per day. I read a good bit about mast and provi being pretty significant on strength and hardness, and to be totally honest, I don't have the balls to try anything stronger just yet.

Diet is the most important, it's good you've isolated this as your biggest weakness, now it's time to annihilate it. You can shoot a gram of tren a week but if you cant get that diet in check you still won't grow. When I'm bulking, every meal is a battle I won't lose.

Last thing I forgot, in 2014 at the end of my 3rd test e run, I peeked out at 208lbs.
